Edgebrook Country Club

I played this course while on the golf team at Sandwich... it's now not as great quality, however i know it had shut down at one point... for 18 holes and given i understand they are bringing it back up to standards, it's a great place to play for the money.

Hadn't played there in over 50 years, but the greens fee was a great price, even on the weekend, but the course has run down over the years, including a lot a rocks in the sand traps!

Pros: front 9 has challenging holes Cons: crap tee boxes Hard pan fairways/ dead spots Bunkers some sand w/rocks-no drainage World’s slowest greens Not uncommon to be coming off nine and cutoff by people starting on 10. Dishonorable mention: 90+ degrees & 80+ humidity hardly anyone on the course and the two large igloo coolers on back nine are empty (because they were never filled). Good luck.

Nice affordable course. Currently all the greens are being re-seeded and redone. Had to tee in some smaller, sometimes uneven teeboxes. Staff was super friendly and relaxed. Lots of flooding and looks like some work is being done here. Not super challenging, just a little long for beginners.

The burger was ok, fries were good and service was pretty responsive. If you want onion on your burger, which is included I would suggest asking for extra. Mine had 4 slivers on it.

I had my wedding at this location and it was absolutely wonderful! Pete and the staff did an amazing job, were kind and the food,drinks,atmosphere were all on point! Big thank you to everyone here for making my day amazing!

Great course. There is alot of work being being done to improve it at this time, but greens were in good shape as well as the fairways.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however after today I think it’s necessary, so that others can have a better experience. The course staff is friendly, however the course itself needs lots of maintenance. The price is very high for a course in this condition. The fairways/rough do not look like they are mowed regularly, the divots in the fairways are not repaired, and there is nothing on the cart to fix them, the bunkers have weeds/grass growing in them and are not maintained, the tee boxes are beat to death, and there are lots of ball marks on the green that the players/staff do not at…

Great price for 18 holes and a golf cart! Some areas could be better maintained. I like the relaxed atomosphere. I was disappointed that there was no beer cart and no hot dogs when we went. Would recommend to beginners looking for a challenge. Reading other reviews I didn't think it was as bad as people described but I did lose around 5-6 balls and only 2 were in the water. For the price, it's definitely worth trying out for yourself! We'll probably be back!

Won't be back for food or events. Management is garbage. Food is trash. Like actually not good I wouldn't eat there again. We had 6 o'clock reservations and they had to build us a table after waiting 15 minutes. Then when we finally get sat we don't get venues or any service for an hour and 18 minutes. Manager and his wife had something against us because we're 25-28 years old I'm guessing. Bartenders work hard but get snarled at by the manager. It's horrible ran and not to mention the manager is almost unreachable. I would do nothing more than golf here. Go somewhere else.

I want to like this place, but they keep shooting themselves in the foot. I have to say, the course was in a little better condition than the previous times that I have played. But today, the idiots from the maintenance crew were spraying fertilizer on the greens while we were playing. We had to wait on a couple of holes while they sprayed chemicals on the greens. They seemed to follow us around all day. Finally, after realizing that we were probably breathing in these chemicals, we decided to quit. Do to their stupidity, I probably played my last round at Edgebrook.

Friendly staff. Great food . If you're looking for something to do come out on Thursday night for karaoke.
