In summary

Egwani Farms Golf Course is highly praised for its exceptional course conditions, including well-maintained fairways and fast, true greens. The layout is both challenging and enjoyable, complemented by excellent practice facilities and friendly, welcoming staff. While the course offers great value and amenities like GPS-equipped carts, a few visitors mention occasional issues with parking and the need for more restrooms.

Layout- 5 Price- 5 Course Amenities- 5 Clubhouse-5 Vibes- 5 First time to visit the state of Tennessee. Searched for a nice course to play after the OU/VOLS game. Found it. But nice is unfair to this gem. Spectacular is appropriate. This is a must play and is one of the nicest golf courses you will ever find. The staff was over the Rocky Top friendly! Club house staff, bar girl, clubhouse, starter. This is how every course should be ran! Just incredible people. Well done staff! The course is just beautiful and is in incredible shape. Theres a nice stream that runs around this place that might…

Our 1st time playing at this course. It was a hot day. Beers were definitely needed at the turn. The course was in great shape. I did not observe any weeds in the fairways. This course is well maintained and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to playing this again when I am in the Knoxville area. It is a 7 minute drive from the airport.

Some of the best greens I have seen in the greater Knoxville area. Looking forward to the fairways greening up with summer. Challenging and fun course with excellent driving range, chipping area and putting greens.

Moved here six months ago and so far egwani is my favorite course. The staff makes you feel welcomed, excellent practice facilities chipping/pitching green putting green, driving range all within a few steps from the parking lot but most importantly the course is in excellent shape love the layout that requires you to think about club selection and ball placement. The scenery doesn't disappoint either

An unbelievable experience. The staff here, unlike other public courses, welcomes you with open arms. The greens were some of the best greens at a public course I’ve ever played. VERY fast. Unbelievable overall experience for $34, walking.

Egwani Farms might be one of the best value plays in the southeast. We just played a Friday morning round in under 4 hours for $41. Firm and fast everywhere, Bermuda greens, interesting architecture in multiple spots with native grasses framing almost every hole. A golf barn lovers dream too! Highly recommend for public golf in Knoxville.

What a great place to play. Playing here for the first time really brought some challenges. This is a fair amount of trouble (i.e. water, sand) throughout the course, which makes for a nice time.

18 Handicapper Review- Water, water, and deadly rough with grass clusters abound- This is a challenging course which, if you have never been to, has some blind shots which require some local knowledge. Coming out of winter/COVID-19 hibernation, I jumped at the chance to try this course out. The course is in the gentle rolling hills between Knoxville and Alcoa, TN. Hardwood trees line the course and water (from Little River, a finger off of the Tennessee River) is present on most holes (and on one or two, on both sides of the fairway). The only detraction to the views are high voltage power l…

This golf course is incredible. The carts are super comfortable with screens that display accurate yardage. The greens are in great shape. The fairways are both challenging and kept up very very well. The range is wonderful. The practice greens are a great representation of the greens you'll encounter in your round. I'll be coming back here often. Really enjoyable and impressive.

My 21-year-old son was excited to spend his day off golfing here, but the experience was ruined before he even got started. After checking in, he was immediately questioned by a staff member on a golf cart about why he was “late” and why he was even there. He wasn’t late—he had just finished signing in. The rudeness and judgment were enough to make him leave without even playing. Young golfers should feel welcomed, not discouraged.

First time playing here. We played the weds afternoon and the course was in great shape. Can’t wait to come back and play it again. A few tricky holes I like to play again. Only complaint. Keep cigars in a humidor. 😁
