Rudest bunch of Uppety people I ever met! I’m not from this town and thought it was a restaurant. How was i supposed to know. I went in to get food and the woman leads me to the bar no questions asked. I tried to order food and The manager asked me to leave and looked at me like I was nuts! Why did they walk me to the food area if you can’t eat here? He could have been so much more gracious and cool about it. For example “oh hey man, im so sorry but we’re not allowed to serve non members. Really sorry”. No, instead he treated me like I was some kind of thief! I asked what you had to do to join…

The place is nice but management not so much. I have some really nice hats that I wear all the time and was told I had to take it off as real gentleman don't wear hats indoors. I guess they are not living in 2025 yet.... just sayin Had a great time tonight. My table was awesome

Lovely time at a wedding reception on 11/2. The ambiance is wonderful and the view from the terrace is stunning overlooking the Tennessee River below with the Smoky Mountains in the distance. Every meal I've every had here has been delicious. Tonight was no exception. The lady at coat check tonight was a sweetheart. The staff here are always helpful and pleasant Nice amenities in the ladies' room, but I can't speak for the men's. Only reason not a five this time is it was too cold inside. Most of us women were shivering, at least until the dancing began!! Thankfully there was a nice fireplace…

Private club soooooo.... Not sure why Google wanted me to post this review so badly but wouldn't stop asking so her it goes- Beautiful club, esp after renovations. Dining is superb. You have to know many members before invited to join- the only vehicle to joining.

My grandparents are members and I have frequently been with them. The staff are always friendly and respectful, and service comes with a smile (all services: valet, bar and table service, etc.). We are always recognized and greeted by name. The food is always fantastic, whether ordering specials, from the menu, or dining from their buffet-style arrangements.

It is always excellent service. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. The Sequoa Room dining is top notch. Food is presented beautifully and always delicious. Very quite and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return.
