In summary

Elbow Springs Golf Club is frequently praised for its beautiful setting and well-maintained 27-hole layout, which offers a variety of challenges across its three 9-hole courses. Visitors appreciate the friendly and professional staff, as well as the amenities such as the driving range and restaurant, though opinions on the latter's service vary. Some golfers have raised concerns about the pace of play being slow and occasional issues with course marshals, but overall, the club is seen as a worthwhile and enjoyable golfing destination.

Beautiful location with 3 separate 9-hole courses that are very well maintained. I have never had an issue getting a tee time. Great deal for a round which included a good breakfast.

Very pretty course but pace of play is consistently bad. On our Labour Day outing there was one marshal for all 3 courses. Over 5 hours of play. Would visit more often if pace wasn’t consistently over 4 hours.

Top notch golf course. I played 27 holes on a beautiful Saturday. No problem booking my initial 18 hole round or adding an extra 9. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rental clubs were great, full set of Cleveland clubs. Nice driving range, included with the round. Beautiful layout of three 9 hole courses, each with unique challenges. Spring had more water, Mountain View was a little longer, Elbow had some tight holes. Great lay out all around. Would definitely recommend!

I am not a great golfer and this course was a challenge. The scenery is beautiful and the course is excellently maintained. Lots of amenities and a very professional and kind staff.

Nice course, great shape, nice to have 27 holes. But consistently one of the worst pace of play for public courses in Calgary. Expect 4 hours 30+, I've played closer to 5 hours most times I've played here.

Course was in nice shape from all of the rain. Pace was a bit slow in front of us, but behind had big gaps due to tournament. It was also frustrating that maintenance/groundskeepers seem to continually follow us and they were oblivious to us as they all had their airbuds in.(This was at 11am-1pm). Not sure why this wouldn't be done earlier in the morning.

Golfed Elbow springs the other day and had a fantastic time. Course was in great shape felt very welcomed when I arrived for my tee time. We went for lunch after our round and were greeted with smiling faces and impeccable service! Will definitely be returning.

I always love when you have such a good experience at a business, and then read the bad Google reviews afterwards. Doesn't mean problems don't come up, but it seems so exaggerated -- like a mood issue with the person more than anything. Course is in bad shape? Huh. No, I don't think so. Everything fantastic here. Problem w/ the prices? Aren't they listed on the website/ can call and ask. Our group of 4 had a great day on this course Saturday. Pace of play was excellent. We never got held up once actually. Our on-course Beverage Ambassador was even kind enough to get a wonderful picture of…

Course was in good shape, but no carts allowed that day due to recent rain. Nice to play fast greens and nice bunkers with real sand, not dirt.

First time at Elbow Spring! Beautiful course. Very well kept! We came a few hours early to check out the proshop and hit a bucket of balls. The older gentleman in the proshop was quite miserable and rushed us to pay which kind of threw of my start to this course but overall a great day!
