If you are a golf history buff and Donald Ross fan, ECC is a must in your bucket list of Ross courses to play. Ross made his name in golf architectural history with his redesign of ECC that lead to over 400 golf course designs and renovations. If you can, walk the course with your caddy. Jason was thoroughly knowledgeable about the course as his goal is to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather who won three club championships. ECC was pure joy!

A nice private club on the north shore, with a decent golf course. The building is dated and needs some updates inside. The typical old style golf club, there are tennis courts clay and grass to enjoy. It is private, There is definitely a hard core local vibe!!

This is an amazing club located in the breathtaking town of Manchester-by-the-Sea. This is clearly a locals' favorite, the golfing experience was wonderful, Essex Country Club takes such great care with its facilities. Playing tennis is a must.

Essex County Club ("ECC" to its members) is located in Manchester by the Sea, one of four coastal towns (with Essex, Gloucester and Rockport) found on Cape Ann in northern Massachusetts.
