Falcon Lake Golf Course

What a nice place to play golf!! The restaurant staff was friendly over breakfast, pro-shop staff was cordial and the starters/Marshalls were very friendly and helpful. Well done to the HR staff. The course itself was in really nice shape, greens, fairways, bunkers and tee boxes were top notch. Course set-up was interesting and the combo tee box made it fair for me and my playing partner (both at different stages of our game so while I found a few holes short he did not); you have to be prepared with a good short game if you play the combo set-up. Played last Friday, October 10th and the course was in great shape. The greens were awesome as well. The people were friendly and we had a great time. Falcon never disappoints. To those who are complaining about the course, just stop.

The golf course us always in great shape but on this particular day the fairways were extra lush. The greens were a little to quick for me and took some getting used to. This course is always a great place for golf.

Went to falcon golf course this afternoon with my son and family. The front desk lady had horrible customer service and found her very rude. My son (who’s 4) just wanted to borrow a putter and put on a couple greens while we were playing. She responded with, if you can rent club, and pay full price green fees plus rent another cart (2 maximum, can’t have a 4 year old in the middle). My son being a kid said, I want to drive!! And she rudely responded with, Absolutely not!! Clearly a 4 year old isn’t going to drive. Was a terrible experience and not what customer service should be. Also, talk to…

Excellent course. Very well ll maintained. Also the pro shop had some apparel items on sale as well. I ended up grabbing a pull over hoodie from there. Definitely will be back

Sept 5 2019 - Awesome day of golf at one of the best golf courses in the province. Played 36 holes! Conditions were outstanding with nice fairways and quick greens. Always love coming back to Falcon Lake!!!

Just 90 minutes from Winnipeg, this course is a gem in the heart of Manitoba cottage country. Book well ahead of time because tee times are always full on weekends. Course is always in excellent condition and the greens are always in amazing shape.

Due to light rain - my friend and I finished a game in under 3 hours - very enjoyable. Greens were well kept. Overall the course was looking great.

First time playing this course and was very impressed, the conditions were fantastic, with lush fairways and the greens rolled true. That being said, the service left something to be desired; not a single "welcome to the course" or "have a good round", not even a greeting in the pro shop. The course marshal "The Don" driving the course was a breath of fresh air though, as well as both drivers of the drinks cart. Would definitely recommend playing this course at least once, but given the drive from Winnipeg and the lack of service I am not sure if I'll be back.

This might be the best golf course Manitoba has to offer. Every year it is in pristine condition and this year is no exception. The green are fantastic. Fairways wide and well maintained. And the trees and scenery just stunning. Top that off with a brand new clubhouse, what more could you ask for?!

Impeccably groomed. Big wide fairways trick you into thinking it's easy. Until you get to well protected lightning fast greens make for challenging track. Very reasonable price a must golf if you're in the area.

Challenging course. Greens were very fast. Staff in the restaurant and course hosts were very friendly. Only complaint i would have is that the pin placements on weekends were rediculous and caused pace of play to slow considerably. Tough to ask golfers to pickup the pace when you are 3 and 4 putting most greens.
