We had an awesome time at Forest Creek Golf Club today! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The course was in great shape. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were well maintained. We’ll definitely be going back!

Staff was great from check-in, restaurant, starter and Marshalls. Decently priced an included a dog and beverage. Layout is challenging. Lots of dog legs and many holes are about placement. Lots of trouble with trees, water and sand. Course was wet due to past rains so cart path only. Fairways were great. Majority of the greens had issues that were being addressed but playable. They were a little slower than I like and am used to. One hole shut down due to bridge maintenance but they had adjusted layout for this. Overall a good experience and would like to play again when greens are better.

When played in March 2026 the greens were in rough shape. For a $125 green fee, the expectation is far better than what's there now. Until the greens get better, I would play somewhere else. Tees and fairways were in good shape. The course plays difficult in windy conditions.

Forest Creek Golf Club is the best course in the Austin area! From the scenery to the staff, every time I golf at this course it never disappoints. The clubhouse burger and beer selection is to die for, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for an incredible Texas golf experience.

Forest Creek Golf Club is a special place. Every aspect of golf is included here. The course is challenging, but not overwhelming The staff welcomes you like an old golf buddy and the people who golf here are friendly. I met two guys who had paid memberships at another popular course, but drove a little further to play Forest Creek GC because they manage the number of golfers on the course much better here so the experience is much more enjoyable. Their practice facilities are my favorite. They have a dedicated pitching area from 30 yds out, an enormous undulating putting green which is so ch…

Course was in ok shape even after the ice storm a couple weeks ago. Food was good but paying $10 each for 12oz spiked tea can was outrageous.

I played this course for the first time today. I will absolutely be going back. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great. Check in was fast and the $74 fee included 18 holes, cart, lunch and a beverage along with range balls. Well worth it. The course was in good shape, for winter, but the greens are in winter shape. Not a big deal, I suspect they are better in the nicer weather. It looks like a lot of work has gone into clearing out the brush under the trees, making it playable, even if you are off the fairway. This makes the course fun. Less time looking for lost balls and more tim…

I love this golf course. The course has a great layout and so much character. The greens are in spotty condition lately but the course is still a gem. It’s one of the best public course options in the Austin area.

How you gonna charge $108 for a tee time when half the greens are dead/dying? Looks like they suffered some sort of mold or disease over winter. This has become a recurring theme with public golf courses in Austin. Jack up the prices year after year and the quality of the course continues to get worse and worse. This review has nothing to do with the staff, they were great.

The management at this golf range is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward guests. The overall attitude and behavior are not what you would expect from a place that promotes relaxation and recreation. On top of that, the manager (Josh) allows a dog to roam freely around the golf course and even inside the dining area, which is disruptive and unsanitary. It gives the entire facility an unprofessional atmosphere. I would not recommend this range until management improves their professionalism and maintains better standards for guest comfort and safety.
