The Golf Club at Cedar Creek is appreciated for its friendly staff, challenging layout, and ongoing improvements under new ownership. Many visitors note that the course and clubhouse are undergoing renovations, with the greens and fairways showing signs of improvement. However, some guests have expressed concerns about maintenance issues, such as patchy greens and tee boxes, and the lack of food and beverage services on Sundays. Overall, the club is seen as a promising venue with potential for further enhancement.

First off the hospitality was second to none. Courteous and friendly. Went out of their way to make our time there enjoyable. Their Masters Week special was the best deal around! The course is being worked on to bring it back to splendor, but is a work in progress. Challenging, yet playable. Really enjoyed my time at cedar creek. Originally posted a four star but after talking to my group decided to increase it to five star based on how everyone at the club house treated us. Classy team over there at Cedar Creek!

Love this course in the past and now they are finally putting some love back into the course. If they keep it up, this course could be back to how it looked when they opened. Keep uo the good work. Greens are fast.

Participated in a great golf tournament. Facility and the course is undergoing a face-lift. Major renovations which will enhance the feel of the clubhouse. Greens were nice and manicured.

I left Cedar Creek Golf Club with mixed feelings. While my golfing experience was good, I couldn't help but feel that the course's potential was largely wasted. The overall condition of the course is poor. From the practice range to the 1st hole through the 18th hole, it lacked basic maintenance and care. The tee boxes were patchy and unkempt, resembling the rough. Fairways were dry in some parts, turning into dried mud or dirt. Most bunkers lacked sufficient sand and were filled with hard, compact clay. The greens were patchy and rolled inconsistent from hole to hole. Despite these shortcomi…

Course is coming around with new ownership. Work in progress , clubhouse renovations, Course renovations taking shape. Check out the Pub as well. Update: Still happy with the Pub and course. Spring green up should tell the story.

Overall, the course is improving dramatically with new management team. Very surprised they didn't bother to mow the greens last Sunday. Greens are healthier than they've been in years. Sand is reappearing in the traps again too. Recommend as of Sept. 2025. Start mowing greens on your high traffic, full retail price days.

Played 18 holes here as a twosome on a Sunday mid-morning , finished round in just under 3 hours. Overall a challenging course with a nice layout. Price is right in line with courses in similar condition. Greens a firm and roll true. Fairways are decent, given the amount of play and time of year. Roughs and some fairway bunkers need more maintenance as they are hard pan. GPS carts are a plus. Friendly staff. Note the Pub restaurant is closed on weekends and no Sunday beer sales so plan accordingly. I will add this place to my weekend rotation of courses I play.

Nice course for the low price. Greens were in good shape. I did hear someone bought it and hopefully will make improvements without making it too expensive to play!!

This course is definitely on the upswing. Fairways were beautiful and most greens putted true. Some tees need attention but some were newly sodded so they are working on it. Each hole is unique and lots of fun. There are plenty of tees to choose from -- both senior and lady friendly. Looking forward to playing here more often.

Easily one of the best layouts in the area. Good greens these days. Locals generally play lift clean and place on the fairways.
