The cost is $200 per month to high for the market and services they provide. You would do better to move closer to Frankfurt healthcare and services.

High rents no services. New Management Anne is rude and hides from residents. Only worried about collecting rents stay away do not buy here.

I've called the office four times about my neighbor's garbage cans being in the wrong place. He puts them on the the other side of his house, so if I'm sitting on my patio I'm staring at his ugly cans plus they stink.

Nice and quiet neighbors are nice. Management are not doing a good job lot fee is to high and why pay for cable that you don’t use. Management also tell you that there’s going to be improvement to your rental and nothing is never done also won’t respond to your complaints I have lived here for 5years when I first moved their were no gutters on the home I mentioned it to the manager and was told that I would get gutters which took two years to get, now I’m having an overflow problem which they said it would be fixed nothing yet. It’s the same thing nothing is never done . I’m a renter not an ow…

This place should be free as the greens are completely unplayable. Balls can get lost in the fairway. Shouldn't be more than $5 a round. $10 if you get an electric cart.

I am very happy with the service I received from everyone at Golf Vista Estates. I had to rent a home there for a week prior to having my forever home finished in the same community. I personally want to thank Heather, Denise, Jeremy, and Richmond for an excellent experience.

I don't know if I can write a real review. I'm just a humble youngster visiting family and great to have been able to. It's a clean area with a golf course with an age requirement to live here. So, if you're retired and looking to avoid rifraft then this is probably a pretty good alternative outside of Chicago.

Manager Heather is very nice and receptive to our needs. They are doing nice improvements to the infrastructure and golf course. However drainage during spring rains is poor. I do not like having to pay for Comcast when I do not use the service.

Many friends live here, I various iterations of the basic floor plans. A senior community, having to pay $800 and up for HOA fees is atrocious. Sure the streets get plowed, but the residents are left to shovel their driveways and care for their tiny lawns. What does $800 a month get you? Access to a golf course that in most years is not maintained properly. Zell you have to answer to your higher power as we all do. Tragic.

Treat community members horribly and as if they’re nothing. Heather “the office manager” is as useless as they come. She comes there to sit on her a** and collect a paycheck. She responds to nothing and lacks any professionalism. I’ve already been in touch with corporate in regards to her behavior and let’s just say…she’s in trouble with them…. My lawyers are very eager to name her in the upcoming lawsuit that I have filed against golf vista estates.

Talk about a rip-off! The residents must buy their home outright, and on top of that, they must pay almost $1100 a month to live in their home! That monthly payment does NOT include lawn care, snow removal or any type of maintenance. I'd never, ever, put myself in that kind of position. The owners are kind of famous so I won't disclose what rip-off artists they are!

While applying for a rental Heather was VERY difficult to get a response from and when we finally did get to actually talk to her the home we wanted to rent was gone. There was an issue on the report(not their fault) but her communication is very much lacking and their Corp office needs to have more common sense when processing apps.... so sad....
