For a suburban city course Heritage Oaks Golf Club amazing, all the recent updates are top notch, everything from the driving range, the club house, putting greens to even the parking lot is near new and in good condition. The prices are reasonable and the courses have some fun and long 5 pars. It was a slightly challenging for us beginners but we had lots of fun.

The kiddos have been here a couple times as they have started to play a little golf. They enjoy coming to the range and it is very easy to get set up and grab some balls for the range. Overall the club seems very nice and well kept. After the boys spend a little more time here we will update, but overall its a good space and close to home so win win.

The course is pretty well maintained. Driving range is nice with the trackman stuff. It used to be neat back in the day when they had a small miniature golf course, but that got removed. I liked it better when it was called Sportsmans. Now it sounds like an old folks home as Heritage Oaks. Whatever the name is not important, place is good. Typical Chicago midwest style golf course.

Love going to this range…Trackman wirks perfectly. I go with my 11yr old son and make a Sat out of this Course is a lot of fun my employer bought out the day and we had an amazing day… lastly in the winter can’t say enough of how awesome it is to have the option to go into a world class Sim.👍🏼

Recently renovated at the boxes, fairways, sand traps and greens are in immaculate condition. $70 a round with cart for nonresident, worth every penny. Restaurant with indoor and outdoor terrace seating was good, food was solid. Highly recommend. On Wednesday and Fridays the driving range does not open until 9am, so the putting and chipping areas are the only thing available to warm up.

Great course! We play the Legacy 9, and it never disappoints. The staff is always cordial and accommodating. Greens are kept up pretty well. Overall good solid course.

The course scheduling led to delays, with 10-minute intervals and a slow foursome ahead starting late, dragging through the front nine. They became a threesome, picking up pace, but we stayed right behind, never more than a shot off. Around hole 12, a ranger curtly demanded we speed up, overlooking the group ahead still on the par-3 tee as we waited for our approach. A kinder, more considerate delivery and some awareness of the course’s flow would’ve made a big difference

While the course is challenging with undulating greens and a strategic layout, I feel it lacks proper course maintenance and refinement to be considered a must play. Given that it is late-May, I feel that multiple tee boxes (played from the tips) should not be patchy, bare, and/or muddy. The fairways were decent but inconsistent, as you can tell that the course gets a lot of play. To be honest…. There are far better courses within 25 miles. They may not have a sparkly-clean clubhouse or a large practice green area like Heritage Oaks, but they are at least $15 cheaper and greener, with better c…
