We have lived in Heritage Ranch for 3 years now. It is one of the best places we have ever lived. Having a guard at the gate is a deterrent for someone who might come in for nefarious reasons. There are lots of walking paths to enjoy exercise and nature. The clubhouse has many amenities with 2 great restaurants, ball room, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, billiards room, library and activities room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got invited to play Heritage Ranch Golf Club in Fairview, and it was an awesome experience. The course is managed by Troon and has a country-club feel with rolling hills and tree-lined fairways that make every hole enjoyable. The greens rolled true and quick, and the layout kept things interesting with risk-reward par 5s, challenging par 4s, and water hazards that make you think. I just love this place. Everyone in the golf shop is amazing and so nice. I had a golf lesson with Emily this morning. She is a superstar! She taught me a lot in an hour. I am very happy!

Played here last minute since it was close to relatives home. Apparently it's a private club!? Yeah well im sure it's great for that small community but ots worse than most muni courses put there. I think there are 8 or 9 stalls for the range and max distance was something like 260. Green fee was way too much for what we got, should have been $40. Almost 3 hour front 9. Over 2 hour back due to people leaving after 9. So much for rangers moving people along like they told us.

Very well kept 55+ community. All houses are well manicured and in great condition. Lots of people always riding bikes or walking, and the clubhouse looks busy everytime I go by. It is a gated community with actual guards on duty, which is a bit rare to find.

Me and my wife wanted to thank Ms. Patty Wake for being so kind, patient and accommodating to all of our queries and request for our wedding last May. She is so impressive in adjusting with our theme. Everything went well from planning it last year until the big day. When we got to their venue we already knew that this place is gonna be our ceremony and reception place in one. The food is tasty and delicious during our food tasting and as well the wedding day. Played here yesterday (01/05)...First time playing this course, and couldn't recommend it higher!! Great shape, amazing greens that are fast but extremely true...Very playable if you're hitting the ball well...All the staff I encountered were great, food was awesome and price was extremely reasonable, and I've paid more to play much lesser courses....5/5 stars and would recommend to everyone, already getting my group together to go back out!

Had a lovely New Year’s Day round of golf witj family…the weather was great, the vibes were strong, and the course was moderately busy. Unfortunately, our experience was made even more memorable by the course marshal, Dan, who passionately reminded us (multiple times) that joy and relaxation are not permitted here. He found it appropriate to yell in my 25 yo daughter’s face, “everyone else here is trying to enjoy their day too!!!!” He’s an older gentleman, and based on his behavior, we’re genuinely concerned for his mental health and well-being. This place is a perfect place for your reception if your style is a combination of country and elegance. They have a stage that made our head tables stand out and the guests did not bother us at all when we're enjoying our delicious food :D Their oversize dance floor helped the guests feel more comfortable to get on there and not feel crowded. Nice lunch, nice people, the course was flooded, which happens often with the river overflowing onto the course and I had to play the back 9 twice... Management doesn't allow Greenfee players to pay for 9 holes only 18.. Stay away after a heavy 🌧️ rain fall..
