Heritage Shores Golf is frequently praised for its well-maintained course conditions, fair layout, and beautiful setting, making it a popular choice for both golf and events. The staff is often highlighted for their professionalism and friendliness, contributing to positive experiences during weddings and other gatherings. Me and my wife needed to put together a last minute micro wedding celebration a month out. Worked with Anne, who provided a wonderful experience throughout our journey. The food was excellent, facility was beautiful, and the service felt like we were working with family. Definitely recommend Heritage Shores if you’re looking for a peaceful event space in Southern Delaware!

Course was in outstanding condition. First time playing there and excited to go back. The people in the pro shop were very nice. A very fair course layout. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were in outstanding condition. Looking forward to going back.

Beautiful place. Unfriendly people. The community restaurant/lounge, was full of a click. They had their own rules and attempted to make you fit in. I was highly considering moving there. This experience made my decision. Be careful with 55+ active communities. There are great amenities, but its the same people, over and over, and this becomes a click. Everyone knows everyone and there are unwritten rules to follow and lack of privacy.

I recently hosted a 80th Birthday party at the Heritage Shores clubhouse and I was so happy with the entire experience. My main contact was Anne Ryan, who is an absolute pleasure to deal with!! She is exceptional and thorough!! After speaking with Anne for about two minutes, I felt like I've known Anne for years. She is a great listener and knows how to plan a party according to the needs and wants of the host. I was even able to have a slide show of FAMILY photos, playing on a flatscreen TV they had mounted on the wall, using a flash drive. I received alot of compliments for this little gest…

Recently had a 40th wedding anniversary celebration at Heritage Shores. It could not have gone better. We had 40 wonderful friends and family in attendance. The room was set up beautiful, the cocktails and food were first rate. Our thanks to Kyle and in particular, MJ, Thane, and Jaimere for a terrific and memorable evening.

Very nice location for events. The parking is great. The time of venue seemed to be pretty good if you event ends at 10pm on a Saturday. As a vendor, I appreciate how easy it is to load up and take loads out. There's not a lot of stairs and they have enough space for us to unload right in front of the door without bothering anyone.

Beautiful community with ample parking, friendly staff and gorgeous ground and buildings. There’s a community pool, golf course and Sweet Root Market which is a full menu cafe as well as their dining room at the Club house. Worth trying on your way to the beach!

The 275th Supply and Service Battalion held its reunion here. The receptionist, while I did not require her services, was polite, respectful and set the stage for a positive experience. Facility was clean and the food great. All staff I came into contact with were polite and professional. Additionally, parking was plentiful and the location is easy to get to.

We had the pleasure to visit this venue through Stay & Play. We love Heritage Shores. Still have 3 more years to go before we retire. We plan on moving here from NY. We wish I could retire now.
