I have been there three times, and the first two visits were for dinner. I must say the service and the food for dinner were superb. However, I cannot say the same for the lunch service and meal. For lunch, we never received our water. Moreover, the food was not as appetizing as what I had for dinner on the other two occasions. I would still recommend Illini Country Club. It is a nice place with a good atmosphere. I just would not recommend lunch unless you go explicitly at lunch time. I went a couple hours later, and that could have been the difference.
