In summary

Pasfield Park Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for a quick nine-hole round. The course's layout, with its tight fairways and elevation changes, offers a pleasant challenge despite its shorter length. However, some visitors mention a slow pace of play and limited amenities, such as the absence of a driving range and limited food options.

Great price for 9 holes and a cart. Nice looking pro shop and friendly staff. I just wish it had a driving range. Despite this entire golf course being surrounded by busy roads it seems to be protected perfectly with numerous aged foliage. The number of elevation changes on this nine hole course is also impressive. This facility even has a clever water feature, creek, on the last hole of the course.

We just finished 9 holes at Pasfield in our quest to play golf in all states in the lower 48. It so.happens thar Pasfield GC in Springield was our Illinois stop. The course was in beautiful shape and the folks in the club house were absolutely wonderful. The course was fun, the fairways were lush, and the greens well kept. Thanks for a memorable stay! Be careful on hole 8! Stanton and Patricis Ballard

Great little course. I am usually surprised but how well the greens are maintained for a city course. It is a short course but can be tight to make up for it. Decent club house but really needs some food choices…at least some hotdogs or sandwiches.

Nice 9 hole city course. 10 Mondays if you bring a donation for the food pantry. A blast today. Took a couple of friends that haven't golfed in years. Great time. Course was in great shape. Very little leaves on the ground. We had a great time today. Course was in good shape. All the mowing was done.

This is a great short 9 hole public course. The course itself is decently maintained and greens fees are reasonable. On our visit on 7/12/19, the gentleman in the clubhouse was quite friendly, and my son and I had a great time!

On my first game, this golf course had me. The course overall was nice, including a nice, free to hit fairway with little turns and hills making the course a little more challenging. I come here now for PGA leagues and more. If you live around here, and want a nice, collected golf course, I'd say your best bet is here.

I enjoy playing this course. Nine holes with a cart comes out to about twenty dollars, which I think is a bit much. I play at 18 hole courses that are 7,000 yards for $40 with a cart. Pasfield has no par 5s, and only one par 4 over 300 yards, so it is expensive, by comparison, for what you get. Nonetheless, my friends like to play here and it is definitely a convenient location.

Wonderful 9-hole city course. Amazing staff! No bunkers but tight fairways & a few tricky greens. Pro shop has EVERYTHING you need including food. Ask the Pro for lessons. He's a very good instructor!

Price makes it a great little course when you want a quick nine. Holes aren't very challenging but great for practicing your green in one's!!! Staff has always been friendly.

Short and sweet Pasefield is a great little 9 hole course. Been here for some time and is a great place to take kids to learn. Leagues pack them in so join one or figure out when they play so you are not surprised by them! Don't forget to click like if the review helps

Pace of play is far too slow! Seems like a mix of tee times being too close together and also very slow play from groups. If youre looking to golf somewhere this would not be my first destination in Springfield. Courses like Piper Glen, The Rail, and even the Oaks under new management are all much better values! That being said if you can put up with the pace of play the course is in pretty good shape, but just isnt very challenging.
