In summary

Lincoln Greens Golf Course is appreciated for its scenic layout, affordability, and well-maintained conditions, with many golfers enjoying the challenging yet accessible experience it offers. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the course's setting by the lake adds to its appeal. However, some visitors have noted issues with slow pace of play, inconsistent course maintenance, and occasional customer service challenges.

The layout has a lot of potential, with some scenic holes around the water and a few tricky spots that make the round interesting. Unfortunately, the fairways were in poor condition and could really use more maintenance. The greens rolled okay, but also showed some wear, and the pace of play was quite slow. That said, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was good, and we still managed to have fun out on the course despite the issues.

Was there at the clubhouse for a catered there for Senior Olympics event. Both the course and the clubhouse were well kept.

I drove up from St. Louis to meet my brothers at this course. I was very pleasantly surprised with the course. It was in excellent condition, challenging but fair, the greens fee was very reasonable, and I would like to play it again. Some greens were smallish, but I've seen much smaller greens elsewhere. The staff was awesome. Very friendly and down-to-earth. I highly recommend this course.

Great layout on a nice relaxed Sunday. Enjoyable golf and the greens played very well. Bit banged up from the storms in the area recently so the bunkers were not great but other than that it was good. The staff and starter were very pleasant to chat with also!

Terrible staff, judged me because I wasn’t in golf gear. Also was very rude and moody. I would not suggest this place at all. I’m a out of towner and got a terrible impression

Poor customer service, sub par course conditions. The customer service can be attributed to a few only but long story short if you tell them to change something they forget and don’t communicate with one another. Only had one issue with the website tee times and was spoken to like I had just ruined everyone’s day. I will not be purchasing the pass again or making anymore tee times at Lincoln. Not that the park district cares and not that anything will change but out of all the park district courses this is the only one I’ve had issues with. More to list but I’ll stop here

This course used to be in great shape and a fun place to play. Lately they've really let the course go out of shape. They also routinely let the course get backed up and today we had 4 groups of 4 golfers all backed up on the same hole. I'd recommend golfing at a different course and avoiding Lincoln Greens.

I like this course. For an infrequent golfer like my self, it’s great. The course is well maintained, pretty wide fairways and not too many hazards. I’ll definitely be back!

Course is in decent shape. Had kids running the counter, one of which, couldn't count back change. There wasn't much of a strategy to starting players, so we had to keep allowing people to play through.
