In summary

Indian Boundary Golf Course is frequently praised for its excellent course condition, beautiful natural setting, and well-maintained layout that provides a variety of challenges suitable for all skill levels. The staff, particularly certain individuals, are often highlighted for their friendliness and dedication to creating a positive experience. However, some visitors have noted issues with slow pace of play, particularly during busy times, and a few have reported less satisfactory interactions with certain staff members. Additionally, the availability of carts and booking as a single player can be challenging.

Course is in great shape and nice variety of play. Love it's natural setting. The carts are not in great shape, mechanically or esthetically. Wish they had better lunch choices, like ham, turkey, or real peanut butter sandwiches. Staff is good too.

Really enjoyed this round of golf. Not an overly difficult golf course but it was in great shape, some tests for sure, great greens, and the golf shop attendant was super nice. Easy walk if you choose. Right down the street from Russell's Barbeque or Gene and Jude's. Will definitely be back.

Played in the beginning of February on a nice day. Course was in surprisingly good shape considering it opened two days prior. Pace was fairly slow but it got pretty cold by the end (see the golf balls on ice in the picture). Probably the nicest Forest Preserve course. Wish PoP was a little faster, but it’s a FP course so for the price I shouldn’t complain.

A beautiful day to golf, and nice staff as well. Challenging and beautiful course with fun but not too hard holes. Glad this course participates in the youth on course program because my son loves this course. Very well maintained as well.

Bar far the best run Chicago parks course. Not a ton of distance from the tees but they do a good job of mixing in different club shots and do a good maximizing the space they have. It’s always busy as it’s a populated area. My only complaint and may be more on me for not figuring it out but it’s tough to get on as a single. As a married guy without golf buddies close by I’d play much more if I could get on as a single first thing in the mornings before work. Can never book the time online.

Overall this is a very well run municipal course next to the city of Chicago. The conditions of the course are usually in good shape, and you have some variety in holes as well. The prices are good for the most part. You can get super twilight for $17 to walk after 5pm, and for at least 9 holes, you can't beat it. Normal time pricing is fair as well. On weekends it will likely set you back around $70 with a cart, and I question if it's worth that much, but it's a busy golf market. The only negatives here is they get very busy with leauges and events. So we will see a good 2-3 hours blocked mo…

First time playing and wasn't expecting much because it is a forest preserve course, but I was very impressed. The course itself was very well maintained. Nice layout and some scenic holes. Pace of play was great on a Sunday at 10; the 10-minute tee times helped with that. Decent food and beverage options. I will be coming back soon

The course is extremely well cared for and rivals some private clubs. But the aspect that really makes the course standout is the excellent staff. In particular, Steve, Ken and Luis are excellent! They are welcoming and have a singular focus to create a great experience for all of us golfers.

The course is in good shape. The staff are nice. Usually early morning pace is pretty good. This morning however it was not. By the time we got to the 10th hole they had let at least 3 foursomes from an outing out ahead of us on the back nine. The back nine was a slow torture. Waiting 10 or 15 mins on some holes. They should be able to do better with the timing of tee times. Was hoping for a 4 or 4 1/4 hour round but it took a lot longer. You get up early, pay for your round and it seems other people are accommodated and it ruins your round. Way too slow back nine.

I picked up the sport less than 2 years ago. I’ve only played the back 9 on this course and I’ve always had pleasant interactions with the staff. I usually book fairly early in the morning and can get through the course in under two hours walking. I have since considered this my home course.

I’m giving a 1 star review because of how we were treated as soon as we stepped in the front door. We were visiting from AZ and really wanted to golf here because of the scenery. We opened the front door to walk in my granddaughter ( who has autism) tripped a lil walking in. As I was telling her it was okay and to watch her step the man at the counter yelled at us to shut the door. Not even a hello or welcome. After checking available T-times on line they had quite a bit of availability. We did not make a T- time as we weren’t sure if they could accommodate our request of an extra cart that we…
