In summary

Indian Rock Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic layout, well-maintained fairways and greens, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for golfers in the area. The course offers a unique and challenging design with interesting sight lines, although some players find the layout and blind shots difficult to navigate. Recurring criticisms include slow pace of play due to closely scheduled tee times and occasional issues with course management, such as lack of water coolers and early morning staffing.

Overall I think it is a good course. Very scenic, like a typical lake course, challenge is there are almost no flat lies in the fairway. Course was in good shape, only 2 greens that had some burn spots, but no dirt. couple holes the rough becomes rocks, but believe it is part of the course not bad maintenance. Strangely 0 bunkers on the course. Could be very scoreable, but is very much keeping a shot in good position. Only knock was there was no water coolers on the course and I was told 25 cents for a cup of water. Bring your own water.

This course is unique. This was the first time we played and there are quite a few blind shots. The course is built in the room they had available which makes for some odd layouts. The course itself was in very good shape, fairways were plush and greens rolled very well, especially for this late in the year. Staff was nice. Leafs do become an issue on the green or in the fairways but that is expected for this season. I would return to play and I would totally change my approach on many holes now that I know the layout. Rating a 4 instead of 5 just due to the layout.

Course has a good layout.very frustrating though because the fairways and greens were so wet that it just made play frustrating! Other than that think woulda had alot better time!

Greens were exceptional very smooth and quick this is a very challenging course The greens aren't real big and they have slope on them we played Osage national Bear Creek redfield and Indian Rock after playing all four of these I would rank them Osage number one redfield number 2 Indian Rock number 3 and Bear Creek number 4 and I only rank Bear Creek number 4 is because they're greens were arified while we were there.

Have played numerous times. The layout is decent with a few unusual holes but it is the Ozarks and hills are part of the deal

It's not fair to rate a course preseason or off season. We'll have to go back for another round to fairly say how the course plays but for what we saw today in season I'm positive it is gorgeous. We got on and played a fairly quick round considering it's still "winter". Can't wait to get back out and try it again closer to summer

The golf itself was very nice. The course is in great shape, for the price it’s the best bang for your buck in the area. The people in the pro shop were great to us as well. The 2 stars comes from whoever’s idea it is to have the tee times so close together. It took us over 5 hours to play 18 holes. We were stuck behind a slow group, but on many holes we would get to the tee box to find that group also being held up. Spaced out tee times, instead of trying to cram as many people as possible, would lead to better experiences, and more repeat customers. In the future, we would not go here on a w…

$7 large buckets and good targets across the street to warm up. Then a great course for inland options at the lake.

Love this course. GM informed me lessons are in order. HE WAS RIGHT! Even bought a new set of irons, that delivered, as promised. Challenging yet not punishing. Greens were in great shape in late summer. 19th hole had much to offer, and we enjoyed it.

Fun course. Would have been a 5 star but some fairways were a little thin on grass, but it is early in the season. Would play again

Very nice public course. Fairways and greens were in good shape. Fun layout. Reasonable price. Unfortunately, no driving range, but there is a self serve range across the street. Really enjoyed it.

Tee times are WAY too close together, we had 2-3 groups right behind us and infront of us. Waiting 10min every hole The course was 3/10 for the grounds. Would not recommend coming here
