In summary

International City Golf Club is frequently praised for its friendly and helpful staff, particularly Shawn Hodge, and its affordability, making it a popular choice for both beginners and seasoned golfers. The course layout is noted for its interesting and challenging design, with improvements in greens and fairways being observed over time. However, some visitors have pointed out issues with the condition of the greens and fairways, including slow greens and hard surfaces, which can impact the overall playing experience.

I am seeing improvements in the course every time I go there. We had our scholarship tournament here. The course was in good shape and the staff was spectacular! Shawn Hodge in particular was so very helpful and so very patient. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I don’t know if he is up for promotion or a raise but I would recommend that you give him both!

OK first of all, I like that there are no teetimes walk-on’s only. Also, they do not have the rule that nonmembers have to wait till 1 o’clock to get on the course like the other courses in the area. People at the clubhouse/pro shop are always friendly. I love going there in the morning to the driving range and hit a couple of balls. Never super busy but always super nice people there. Now, when it comes to the course in the condition, I have to say that the greens are in excellent condition on 16 of the 18 holes look beautiful, but they’re very slow so keep that in mind if you played any ot…

That’s a NEGATIVE 5 that course is like TOTAL TRASH , fairways are beyond awful , greens have water damage along with pitting and pot holes and tee boxes are total sand and dirt . Cart broke down and walked 4 holes before sum confused staff member thought we had a cart which we did it just broke down . All n all one of the worst courses I’ve ever not had the privilege of playing “ STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPPPPP “ !!!

Interesting course, fairly short, but it has some tricky landing zones. Quality of the greens can vary, but certain times of the year they are in good shape. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. They have a league and membership, along with lessons available. Decent driving range with good prices. I play here a few times a month.

Overall not bad for the price but be warned the greens need work. Big depressions and sometimes sandpits on the green can make for a frustrating putting experience. Sometimes you just have to move the ball and everyone agrees there's no penalty. The fairway are nice and the flag system is a nice touch letting you know where the holes is on that particular day. The price is what sales it. 30$ and 3 hours well spent.

For a city course, it's surprisingly good. Every time I play, there are noticeable improvements—better greens, well-maintained fairways, and thoughtful course management. It's evident there's a dedicated effort to upgrade the experience for golfers, making each visit more enjoyable than the last.

It is a smaller golf course, and the greens aren't your 10 stint kind, but the course is fun to ride and walk and is a welcome change from the extremely busy and packed ones. I like the fact that it actually has hills and some challenging shots as well. It's worth a play for the enjoyment and the staff is great.

For the price, this was a nice course to play. I've played much worse for a lot more money. There were a few holes on the back nine that were patchy but they're working on them. The greens are slow and there were a couple on the front nine that seemed to be pretty wet, but with all the rain we've had, you can't expect them all to be completely dry. The carts are all powered by Trojan batteries and are well taken care of. It's a great course to just get out and play and enjoy. It's not very challenging but it's fun nonetheless. This was my first time at this course and I will be returning to pl…

This course is pretty nice! The greens and fairways are well kept. Carts were clean and operating well. Friendly staff. The club house is a little aged and dated and could use some upkeep and care. Otherwise, very nice. Will definitely return.

One of the most fun courses I've played anywhere. It is challenging but a great course for both beginners and those with more confidence. The driving range and practice areas are the best around and the offices are great. This would be one of the best courses in the area if the tee boxes were repaired and leveled.
