The Journey course is exceptionally well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The services provided are excellent, and the staff members are highly accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the course.

Have played a lot of great courses over the past 40 years. This is a spectacular course. Amazing holes. The elevation changes are stunning. Very playable and fair, which is hard to do with a layout like this. Would love to play it again.

Journeys has some great deserts for fall. Tried the pumpkin tart today. So pretty and delicious.

Food is good. But there's a lot to be desired about the service. They will seat you right away and treat you like a king until you get there and then you are forgotten. I was a little envious at the other tables. That got very good service. Four dollars for coffee. And I barely had 2 cups. I couldn't find our waitress anywhere. She finally came over when we were about done with our meal. And I asked for some hot sauce and more coffee. For whatever three leftover potato bits I had left. Any manager want to get in touch with me? Let me know. I can share with you my receipt. It's not about getting…

Nice golf course but customer service not so good. My T-time reservation was 11am with email confirmation & I checked in 50' early. I am told it is 12pm with no reason by the pro shop guy at the counter. His attitude like take it or leave. The range was not open for some reason so not helpful for the extended wait. There was another of the pro shop guy came & took out the group cart sign of my T-time to replace me with some other. I would put 5 stars but not sure about the customer service here. I hope it will improve to match with #1 ranking of public course in CA.

This place is AMAZING!!! Seriously delicious food, wonderful and awesome views, cheerful and helpful staff, just an overall great experience. We sat outdoors of course to look at the view. There are heat lamps available for those of you who get cold. Definitely on my lists of places to return for a great meal and outside view in the future. If you like great food and lovely views come here!!!

This course is nothing but beautiful. It is very well maintained. The grease are just right in height. The fairways are pretty wide. The greens is super nice and smooth. The view, oh my, the view is just beautiful. Especially when getting up at the higher ground, you can see the whole city. Ice box on every cart. Club pickup from the parking lot service.

Played 9/5/2024 Back tees - 7,093/74.8/142 Green speed: 13-14 Uniquely scenic and pristine golf course, a delightful experience. Even during high temperatures, staff maintained highly professional service and accommodated the players. Great measure of the business’s quality (during extreme times), and Journey did their best. An Arthur Hills gem, top notch practice facilities in great order, historical Pechanga Indian Tule houses and 1,000 year old California coastal oak trees on property. Pristine greens rolled like putting on sloped ice, traps looked great with interesting designs, soft sand…

Beautiful course. Many elevation shots where you’re hitting down below you. Pretty good conditions. Downsides are 1. Tee times too close together. 7 minutes is way too short. 2. Many range balls were scuffed. 3. The food options in the casino are extremely bad. 4. No grass range offered that day. 5. Greens were punched somewhat recently. Could see holes over entire green.

Love the course layout, quality of fairways and greens. Practice facility is next level. Once you play couple of times and know the spots to hit, it’s more enjoyable. Restaurant has good quality food while service is bit on the slow side.

Back after few years since pre-pandemic, the course still the most beautiful, fun and challenging as ever. Elevation drop, wind, water guarded greens, beautiful scenery, blind shot, etc all handsomely packaged in this wonderful course. Too bad it is hard get teetimes for non-casino players. Will be back.
