In summary

The Legends Golf Club receives praise for its enjoyable layout and well-maintained greens, making it a suitable choice for families and beginners. However, many visitors have expressed concerns about overgrown roughs and fairways, slow pace of play, and unfriendly staff, particularly regarding dress code enforcement at the driving range. The course appears to be undergoing improvements, but some feel the conditions do not justify the current green fees.

Played a morning round here for the first time. It is a fun track and I enjoyed the layout. The biggest issue was definitely the lengths of the rough and some of the fairways; for whatever reason they allowed the grass to grow uncontrollably even on some tee boxes and fairways. But the greens are well manicured. The service was great between the proshop and clubhouse. Id definitely play again once the course gets straightened up. Until then, Ill play at more justifiable courses for the high green fee.

This review does not pertain to the golf course per se. My friend and I went to use the range. The pro shop turned us away because we were wearing tee shirts. “You must wear a collared shirt on the range”… and that was that. So we had to leave. We went straight to Redhawk (MUCH nicer facility overall - course, range, Spanish style buildings - a very upscale place). Zero issues buying range balls. And on the range 8 out of 9 golfers were wearing tee shirts. One in a collared shirt. Cmon Temeku, you’re not Riviera. And every successful apparel company is thriving with golf tee shirts setting a y…

This guy place is absolute bush league man. Unfriendly staff and on top that their money grubbing ways are so obvious. Booked a tee time for one in the afternoon they purposely sold as many slots as possible to maximize their profit. It was so packed I had to wait up to 15-20 min of just sitting there to tee off between each hole. The fact I started at one and still had 4 holes left because of waiting and I had to bring my cart because they also have a policy where there is no exemptions even when they horribly over book their corse. Course layout is average at best and you can see so many sho…

Great time golfing for mother's day! Took both of my kids and it was the perfect course for beginners. Highly recommend for anyone, especially families with beginner kids.

Played here today and course conditions were horrible. The fairways were ok. On the edge of fairways and further was weeds and grass way overgrown. Lost many balls after hunting for too long. Around the greens were overgrown and geeens had lots of damage and fungus. Will not be back. Such a shame as this used to be a decent place for a round. Plenty of Marshalls and no landscapers in sight.

This is an awfully rundown course.. the driving range is tiny and you feel like you’re on top of each other. We bought a large basket and hit about 5 balls before giving them and heading out. Unfortunate considering it used to be so nice.

TLDR: I think this place stinks of trash, metaphorically, and there are better courses around with friendlier staff. I went to Temeku Hills today, November 10th, 2025, and had an experience that was so irksome I will never voluntarily return. All I wanted was to drive some balls down range with my dad, so after looking at local clubs we saw that Temeku was open until "30 minutes before sunset" as per their website. we arrived at 3:40, 1 hour and 19 minutes before sunset. It should be enough time to share a large bucket with my old man and finish well before the posted time, I thought. This is…

My best friend coordinated a wedding here this past Saturday. The hospitality was outstanding. Two thumbs up to Andrea who provided A+ service all the way.

Absolutely horrible conditions. Unfriendly staff and on top of all of that 15-20min waiting to hit. Just want to maximize profit and not care to prioritize a pace of play

Worst pace of play I’ve ever seen. No marshallon the course to push past horrible groups. Would’ve taken six hours to finish late past darkness. Garbage!!!

Looks like they are fixing huge sprinkler problems from prior ownership neglect... looks like they are focusing on fairways first then they might get to the rough? Noticed 17 fairway has almost complete coverage. Hole 7 too. These are two holes that used to be thin-- but recently (even with 100 plus temperatures the last two months) there is a lot more consistent coverage. Greens are running pure (all the same across whole green/course) but on a speed scale, slower. Again, I think (my best guess) they have to keep them moist because of the super hot last couple months. If a "green" is supposed…
