Great fun over the summer golfing this course. Challenging for a relative newbie who hasn't golfed in a few years. Dawn and Mike are a great couple who are very friendly and hard working and very accommodating. Kept the course in decent shape even throughout the hot dry summer and fires. Happy to support the local community. Hope to see you again!

This place is awesome for the backdrop, the killer service, and the great pace of play. The fairways were in great condition and so were the greens. The bunkers looked not so great but whatever just take a free drop. Really tough holes from the tips. You will be challenged. Don’t let down your guard. 30 bucks for a sunset twilight mind blowing walk in the woods! Totally worth it.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The food at the restaurant is awesome. Can’t recommend the restaurant enough. I did not enjoy the golf though. At this course there is a local group that make the experience rushed and uncomfortable. This is unfortunately the case at some small courses. It wasn’t just my group. My friend brought his girlfriend there when she was learning and got into an argument with one of the staff. It’s clear they don’t appreciate non-locals golfing there. Not a welcoming place to play. I will not go back because I don’t appreciate being hassled after I spend $200.

I really hope that the restaurant at Civilia can be successful. After eating there tonight I can say that there will be some growing pains. Sometimes a new restaurant has one chance to impress - that didn’t happen tonight. The service was quite good despite delays from the kitchen. The curries are not the style that many will be used to. They will be too spicy for some palates and there is no choice of spiciness offered. We had 2 butter chickens at our table and unfortunately they were not enjoyed. The naan bread is from a bag. There were no samosas & the alternative of tikki was - well - inte…

Slow food! Quality Indian cooking, not just warming up prefab ingredients. You may have to wait a few minutes longer, but the flavours are worth it. Fair prices!

I had a fantastic experience at the golf course, and I want to give a special shout-out to Minnie, who works at the front desk. Her warm and welcoming personality made my visit even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful in getting me set up for my round of golf and provided all the information I needed with a smile. And the golf course by itself was amazing. I'll definitely be returning to this course, Keep up the great work!

First time I stayed here it was good, basically one of those old run down motels with a mediocre facelift. New bedding, generic art and new flooring. The following year we got another family room. What a rip off, no kitchen, small bar fridge, no tables, so much smaller with the same price. Was told the entire place was booked only to find out a friend booked the larger suite 2 days after we checked in. Won't be coming back, also the internet is complete garbage after 6, can't even watch a YouTube video. Just stay at the quality inn or best western

The course is very well maintained and a lot of fun The RV park has deteriorated since we last used it. The maintenance was questionable with little evidence that the 'Camp Host' did other than walk his dogs. Although there are full hookups IMO it should be considered as a rustic campground. It was a challenge to avoid overhanging branches and find a delineated site with our motorhome.

We did 3 nights of the stay & play and loved it. Good 9 hole course and RV park with friendly staff. Dawn & Murray were polite and accommodating. My partner who is an avid golfer thought the course was well maintained and a good variety from blues. The RV site was quite nice and pretty spacious. Definitely will return.

Not a super easy course. Lots of long par 4s and 5s. Greens were very hard. Course was in great shape. Play and stay is a good deal as long as you play at least 18 holes. I would recommend and go there again. They accommodated a group of us to all camp close by each other. We had a great time.

My wife and I went golfing here yesterday, and it is truly a nice little 9 hole course. Greens are in great shape, every hole is a challenge, and the staff are very friendly! I look forward to the restaurant being open the next time we go.
