Lafayette Club

Nice, grand club with nice dining options, and great views. Attended a big party in their ballroom and the buffet food was very good and the staff were very nice. Got there early so worked out in their fitness room. The equipment was OK and it wasn't crowded at all. The locker room, showers and such had an old-school men's club feel to it. Think Gilette aftershave selection, locker room t.v. area to watch a game, and great big towels.

If you are looking for a luxury wedding venue in Minnesota, it doesn't get any better than the Layafette Club! Timeless white woodwork, beautiful views, and a large reception hall, this venue is the perfect location for an elegant, classic wedding. I love taking photos under the white arches with the hanging flowers, under the towering oak trees, or at sunset down by Lake Minnetonka. I have photographed weddings almost everywhere and the Lafayette Club is at the top of my list. Highly recommend!!!

Our daughter"s wedding was absolutely magical at this venue!! The venue is stunning! The food was wonderful! The staff exceptional! So glad we had her wedding here!

I've been here a couple times now. Beautiful location. Incredible food. Easy to work with staff. And I was incredibly happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended.

Building is deteriorating (issues with the ceiling in the ballroom) and they can't seem to keep a GM around very long. Try to get you back with an email about reduced member dues from $6k to $2k...but then mention a $4k assessment in the next sentence. So they didn't actually reduce anything.
