Great course that is also fun, and can be challenging. Friendly staff and good snacks in the bar area.

Enjoyed a company golf outing. Had a really good time. Friendly staff and I was impressed by the food. Course was well maintained and pro shop appears to be a good one. Would have given 5 stars but have not seen the course during the summer months when I am sure it would be even better for golf. Keep up the great work.

Went for lunch on a Thursday. I think of myself as a bit of a Ruben connoisseur and theirs was absolutely the best one I have ever had! We will definitely visit again. Loved it

We had a group of people there for the elections. The food was great and the people in the bar was very kind.

Lakewood Country Club was a delightful venue for Daughter's Bridal Celebration. Very nice recovery from the tornado damage that moved through last year. Thank you for your wonderful catering service and staff.

Renovation to the greens at River Bend CC in Shelbyville gave me the opportunity to play at Lakewood Golf & Country Club last weekend for the first time. Upon arrival, several members just outside the entrance greeted and welcomed me and the nice young lady in the pro shop got me got me registered for play. The remainder of our foursome having arrived, we began the 4 hour trek of what would be a most enjoyable round of golf. The bermuda fairways give adequate lies even though the cool spring hasn't allowed full growth potential. The bent grass greens are small and demand more precise approach…
