I would give 0 star if I can. I’ve been living here for 9 months and honestly it’s been nothing but problems. The biggest issue is the roaches — they’re all over the apartment and honestly in most of the apartments here too. There’s also bugs, spiders, all kinds of insects. The roads inside the complex are broken with potholes everywhere. It doesn’t feel secure because there’s not enough cameras. The staff is unprofessional most of the time, but the maintenance guys are nice and they actually fix things when they can. I would not recommend living here at all. Definitely don’t recommend it’s roach infested and I moved in and moved right back out less than 24hrs. I was told I couldn’t get none of my money back due to me wanting to leave. There were three brown recluse spiders that were found throughout the apartment. N there were also roaches coming from every corner n sockets. And the manager is definitely not a people person she will look at you like you the problem

Hidden fee they bill you because you’re less than two weeks late on less than half the rent. (Paid first half on time) $1450 I had to pay for $905 in rent but my key hasn’t worked in months, garbage disposal stopped working in a few days after i moved in: sooo much stuff.

I just moved into theses Apartments in April 2025 there roach infested. They have sprayed but it don't work .the manger Ms April is so rude . When you try to go into the office to talk to her she looks at you like you are getting on her nerves you pay to stay out here but you can't love where you live .. because when you walk outside your door you smell dog poop from dogs.messing in the front yard & the pool rules are not right I get my grandkids in the summer but I have to pay to take them to a pool because I can't have no more than 1 person.Cant want to move I wouldn't refer anyone to move h…

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Property manager has a nasty attitude. Roach problems, outdated appliances in units.

Been here over four years, it’s been somewhat quiet. No disrespect to the dog lovers, I like dogs to but please don’t let your dogs poop everywhere. Especially not at the walkway entrance into the apartments. No one wants to smell dog shit. Clean it up!!!!! Said something to front office apparently no one has addressed this. Children play outside in this area no one wants to walk that crap in their apartment.

2025 update- These apartments have bugs and when the “pest control” guy sprayed, it did absolutely nothing. Horrible bug problem so if you want to kill so many bugs every day then go for it because it’s definitely an infestation. The AC is always going out when it’s hot, the heat is always acting up when its freezing cold and yet we have to pay the high electric bills. Its not worth living here, they let anybody live at these apartments. Its times where I don’t even feel safe because of the random people that walk by and try coming up to you asking for stuff. Lived here several years and the whole time they wouldn't hook the dryer to its vent. They would come move it and still the same. You had to run it four times just to dry one load. The air conditioner and heater never worked right. Had to call maintenance to get either one working. The air conditioner would pour water on the floor. And the place is eaten up with mold!!! It's in the air conditioner ducts also. Not to mention the crime, mine and several other people have had their vehicles broken into. Do yourself a favor and find a different place!

Ashlynn is the best.. Actually everyone I've spoken to locally at the Links have been great. They helped me so much to work me in so I can get an apartment. Though the staff is great, the apartment isn't so much. Old appliances, roaches already present, paint all over and not aeshetically pleasing. They painted over tub and grime and paint is peeling in the tub. Staff is awesome though. Mai tenancy has been super fast to address issues.
