In summary

Lost Creek Golf Course is appreciated for its affordable pricing and friendly staff, with a layout that challenges players and integrates well into the surrounding neighborhood. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, pointing out issues with the greens and fairways being in poor condition, which detracts from the overall golfing experience. Despite these challenges, some find it a suitable option for casual play and practice.

Nice people, great layout of course. Food is good but greens need help. Great price to play a round of golf.

I played this course a couple years ago and thought it was okay. Like others, I thought the golf pro staff was less than helpful. I'm happy to report that after playing today, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The course is not in great shape, but is not bad. And, the layout is great. Finally, the pro shop staff was great as was the grill (and the food). This is a good value. Looks like this course is moving in the right direction.

The course is laid out through the neighborhood of Lost Creek. The course has a nice layout and is lined with homes. The water at the watering holes is typically cold and everyone we have met on the course has been great. The greens and fairways are not going to please an avid discerning golfer but with a membership the price is very very reasonable. I am getting back into golf and I’m looking for more practice at an affordable price. That makes Lost Creek perfect for my situation. For 50 Dollars a month you get all the buckets you want and all green fees paid; you can't go wrong. Cart fee n…

The lay out of the course was Nice. Makes you think about your next shot. As for the course you couldn't tell where the fairway started or ended. The course defiantly needs some taken care off.. Worst greens ever for sure. Patchy and ugly.. There is no true roll with these greens.. Would recommend just for the layout of the course but that's about it.. The food was good at the 195th bar and grill...

Just sad. Layout & design aren't bad but there isn't any grass in the fairways, tee boxes are hard to identify because the lack or grass, and greens are bumpy and inconsistent. If you care about improving your game, save the money and go elsewhere. 1 star only because the two young men working were friendly and polite.

I feel really bad for the folks who bought homes in this golf course community. You can tell that this was probably a great golf course which I would have loved to played in good condition. The current condition is really terrible. The greens are severely bumpy due to being covered in weeds and the fairways are coveted in weeds as well. Hopefully they can find a greens super. who can fix this mess. Staff was friendly.

This course had a cool set up but the actual upkeep was terrible. The fairways and greens were awful. The weeds were out of control. I have never seen fairways or greens so weedy. Grant it the price was cheap but some od the greens were so bad you couldnt even put.

I played Lost Creek September 6, 2016 and without a doubt it is the worst golf course I have played on in the past 15 years. The only plus about the entire adventure was the people at Lost Creek including all players we met on the course were class acts and all very nice. The club house is O.K. but nothing special, but I will chip and put in my yard over going to Lost Creek. Someone needs to spend some money or stop calling it a golf course. Just my most humble opinion.

This course gets one stars because ZERO stars is not an option. Its the only course in dfw that cant grow any fairways. Greens arent much better. Beers are cheap only good thing I have to say about this course. If your looking for a cheap course to play find a different one. We will not be playing here until they get it under control.

The course didn't look bad, but the greens were Very fuzzy and slow. The grass in the fairways was not mowed very short and you would have a hard time finding your ball in the fairway

I booked my t-time with golf now. However, when I got to golf course a person who identified himself as the golf pro said we didn't have a t-time. This was not the problem at all. I can understand technological glitches. So, I show him the reservation on my phone. The problem was how he proceeded to act like he was doing me a favor, talk down to me & act as if I was a burden. All the while I quietly waited for his decision to "do me a favor & let me golf". Needless to say, I will not spend any more of my money at this golf course.

Greens are horrific, no grass on the fairway, just an overall crappy place to play. Went to the clubhouse and what a dump. Used to be decent, buy no longer.
