In summary

Maitland Golf & Country Club is praised for its picturesque setting, friendly staff, and well-maintained course, with particular appreciation for the challenging layout and beautiful views, especially of the Maitland Bridge and Lake Huron. The club is also noted for its excellent dining and event hosting capabilities. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of the greens and fairways, pricing for 9 holes, and the need for improvements on the tennis courts.

A beautiful little walk through nature. The paths are well marked although not the best to find where you are trying to go. Beautiful and picturesque views. Lots of parking, but not an accessible walk for people that have mobility issues. #localguides

Fun family scramble round! Really nervous on the last hole had to aim right at people waiting on the fairway. So nervous I hooked it off to the right.

I went during the summer this year and despite all the construction and having only 9 holes, the course was beautiful and decently kept. I can’t wait to come back when the course is at its best!

Such a fun course. The greens are great, the holes can be challenging, and the course, especially the bottom four holes, is stunning! Highly recommend.

Played The Maitland for the first time a few weeks ago. Challenging course and terrain when on foot. Looking forward to playing there again, maybe with a cart next time.

Nice course and being well maintained. The course is challenging for the beginner and even the seasoned pro(in their own minds of course) Lol Who could also forget about 2-1 Mondays...$14 a piece and that includes a cart!!! So, get out for a round and enjoy some exercise before mother nature turns all into popsicles? Take care and enjoy yourselves!!!!!

Meal excellent. Service great. Beautiful views of the Maitland Bridge and harbour. Adjacent golf course terrific and tennis courts. New owners both courteous and customers can be assured of personal attention. Prices reasonable. Can accommodate large groups for parties and receptions or business functions etc.

Nice scenery .. under cooked fries and small menu. has the feel of a killer crab/shrimp/lobster house but nothing of the sort on the menu.. liquor liscence was key, as the drinks were the best part this visit. I will try it again service was very good..

$58 for a cart and 9 holes. Golf course is terrible, greens are unputtable, rough and fariways are no different. disappointed. 9 holes and a cart should be less then $30 at this place. if they priced it like this I'd leave a 2 star. conditions were that bad.

Pretty good course, definitely not the best I’ve been too. Monday is definitely the day to go for 2 for the price of one golf

Fantastic beginner to intermediate 9 hole course. Grass not in good shape but hole 7, 8 and 9 a great example of course design around existing views.
