Makray is a fantastic course. Very challenging hole design, with quick and undulating greens. The course gets a lot of play, evidenced by the many fairway divots on the course. Condition of the course was outstanding, with the exception mentioned above. When walking, I found the distances from greens to tee boxes to be longer than most other courses. That said, it is a very walkable track. The clubhouse is really nice. Food and beverages were delicious. Service in the restaurant, pro shop and starter was excellent and on-task. I do recommend Makray. Enjoy your round!

Absolutely amazing! We hosted my daughter’s baby shower at MaKray Memorial Golf Course last weekend, and it was perfect in every way. The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the planning from start to finish was effortless thanks to their fantastic team. Pleasantly impressed with this golfing experience. The clubhouse was old school but I learned it was built 20 years ago. Course was challenging and picturesque. Some agronomist improvements could be made but overall in good condition. As Arnold said”I’ll be back.”

We celebrated our marriage with friends and family at Makray Memorial Golf Club on October 1, 2022 and it was an absolute dream! Our theme was “Autumn in the Mountains;” commemorating where my husband and I met, lived, adventured, and fell in love out West in Colorado. I posted a detailed venue review on The Knot and Wedding Wire, but if you are looking for the condensed version…I highly, highly, highly recommend this amazing venue with its impeccable service, exquisite food, gorgeous surroundings, and the creation of memories that will last a lifetime.

3pm tee time; Saw the cart girl on hole 1 after already buying a beverage inside...told them we'd see them out there... never saw them the rest of the round. Also half way house closed by the time we came around from front 9 (2 hour pace). Do Better!!!

Beautiful course .. always well maintained and great greens. If you're looking for a little golf challenge this is def a good place for that.

The course was in Great shape this morning!! Well manicured grounds ...the rough was thick, and the greens are fast. Beautiful and challenging track!

This course is a 5 star course 100%. Beautiful property with a nice club house and even nicer golf course. Well kept at all times. Makray is a must-play!

Well maintained, challenging and fun course, specially their greens, their pin locations are UNREAL!!! If you are up to the challenge, play it… I loved it and will come back for more fun.
