In summary

Mamala Bay Golf Course is appreciated for its scenic views and well-maintained greens, offering a pleasant golfing experience for players of all skill levels. The course is noted for its affordability, especially for those with military base access, and features a nice driving range. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about inconsistent green speeds, slow pace of play, and customer service issues, particularly with pro shop staff. Additionally, ongoing renovations and limited food options have been mentioned as areas for improvement.

The priciest military course on the island. The staff leaves something to be desired but the course is well maintained. Pretty views along both the front and back 9. Nice driving range as well.

Used to be the jewel of the Pacific, but now that the Navy has taken over, all attention is now given to the Navy-Marine Corps Course. But still, it's nice.

AMAZING GOLF COURSE. This course deserves a 4-star rating, but when we arrived at 0900 today - Feb 7th, 2019 (so you can see who was working) - the man running the desk was extremely rude. He didn’t offer much help and said my veteran status was no good even though I was golfing with an active duty member. I get the policy, but don’t disrespect my service and sacrifice, I spent time at war during my time of service, just tell me how much I need to pay. Truly upset by the guys comments. To further extend our frustration we were given a cart, so we loaded it, then had to swap it with another car…

I played yesterday it’s going through renovation on the main clubhouse but the course wasn’t in bad condition. The greens were in really good condition. The one thing I am going to ding them for is the condition of the flag flying on the course. It needs to be taken down and retired the stripes are torn and flapping. I tried calling to address it but no answer. Let’s honor our flag.

Mamala Bay is a great course for all skill types. The course is a bit far back on Hickam. However, this golf course play and pace is fantastic. The fairways are dry at times, but nonetheless it is a great place to play 18. Hole 2 is always beautiful!

A nice course for a good price. Green speeds were inconsistent and there were some dead grass spots. Had a couple groups in front of me playing at the speed of a sloth, which made my round take 4.5 hours. Driving range didn’t have tees. But I’d go back for the price.

This is the temporary number they have if you want to call for a tee time. Good course for those wanting a chill time.

Great, beautiful golf course however the owner and the coworkers here were extremely rude and unprofessional showing favoritism to older customers who had cursed and intimidated me and my three other friends while learning and navigating the course.

The course was decent for the price and rentals were cheap. Just so you are aware there is no sharing. You have to rent clubs if you want to play. We didn’t know it was under renovation so we had to play the back 9 twice. Three holes in and our golf cart died, but the they responded pretty quick and brought us a new one.

Cheap. The greens are fast then slow then fast then slow, smh. The rough is ROUGH and it's pretty tight so enjoy dodging balls!
