Maple Valley Golf & Country Club

Started golfing here a few years ago and it quickly became my favorite. The views cannot be beat and it is very close to Rochester. Staff are very friendly and if you get the savers card, the price is ridiculously affordable. Take a look and you’ll love it. With all the water around the course, the bugs can get a little thick at times, so have some spray handy. You won’t be disappointed with your golf round here.

Very nice golf course a little off the beaten path. Course itself is in very good condition and the rough wasn't too terribly penal, unless you went WAY off the fairway. Greens held a well struck approach and tee boxes were in excellent condition. A visually nice course, but holes along the river can be intimidating. And you'll probably see some wildlife. This woodchuck decided to rest on the tee box. Bring bug spray! That was my worst part of the day and it had nothing to do with golf itself.

Played a half dozen courses around Rochester this week and this one comes out on top. Main reason is the aesthetic layout. The greens don't catch great, but the beauty is an awesome experience.

Loved this golf course! Very laid back staff. BEAUTIFUL course with wonderful scenery. Only negative aspect was the gnats, but hard to blame them for that.

Maple Valley is definitely one of the top golf courses in the area. The views really make it such an enjoyable time even if your golf game isn’t going so great! Such a great golf course!!

Price is great course is great. Have it a 4 cuz it's already too busy everyone go to willow or soilder so I can play a faster round lol

A hidden gem along the Root River. Fairly easy course. You’ll see some wildlife. Beautiful scenery.

Hidden gem southeast of Rochester. Greens are fast and smooth for the most part. Course does usually seem to be really dry or wet. Great scenery as well

The woman at the register/counter was fantastic. The course is always great. A bit of a hidden gem. The leaf blower guy seemed to follow us for a few holes but was still a great day at a peaceful place.
