Meadowbrook Country Club

Meadowbrook Country Club is an amazing private club located south of the city of Richmond with a lot of history. This course served as the home course to touring pros John Rollins and major champion Lanny Wadkins when they were growing up. The staff and members were very courteous and welcomed me as if I were one of their own which made for a great round. The course was in amazing shape and is one of the best courses I’ve played in the Richmond area and the facilities were top notch.

I recently hosted a retirement event at Meadowbrook CC. From booking the event until the actual event, Country Club staff were incredibly responsive and extremely helpful on all levels. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the venue. The selected food menu items were delicious.

I had an opportunity to pick up my granddaughter from a swimming camp 2 days in a row. This location is quite nice if a little run down. The streets and avenues getting into the place are a little rough. It looks like a wonderful place.

I went there for my work Christmas party. The food was delicious & the staff was awesome!!

My son played in a VSGA junior tournament event there. Course was solid, but the customer service was atrocious. Went for a spectator cart, and the pro shop employee said their board had decided not to rent spectator carts for this event. No rationale given. While I was able to walk the course, I felt bad for those who went to support their kids and/or grandkids and couldn’t walk five miles in 95 degree heat. In four years and over five states of my son’s competitive play, I’ve never seen a course refuse to rent spectator carts for junior events. The VSGA should stop holding junior events ther…

Hosted a beautiful Baby Shower at Meadowbrook. Amy was so helpful planning the event, we barely had to worry about anything. The day of all of the staff was so attentive and helpful. The room was set up perfectly and the food was delicious!

We recently had our 50th class reunion at MCC. It was wonderful with their event manager Amy, assisting us with anything that we needed. The buffet dinner and dessert display were all wonderful and service was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed a round at Meadowbrook Country Club as a "member for a day" offer on GolfNow. Thoroughly enjoyed the round. We have gotten a ton of rain lately, so the greens were soft and had some iffy spots here and there. Overall the course was in excellent condition. The layout is interesting and I really like that homes adjacent to the course are set back. Trees at this course are mature and make some holes quite narrow off the tee. Had a great experience!

I love this course. Challenging and bit narrow on some shots but lots of chances to hit good recovery shots. The people are awesome and they openly welcome the public. Something most privates don’t seem to do here sadly. This is a beautiful quiet suburb course. The island par 3 gives straight up sawgrass vibes.

Meadowbrook Country Club has been an integral part of my family’s life for over 30 years! We have so many wonderful memories there.

We had our 50th Anniversary Party at Meadowbrook Country Club and we were so pleased. Diana LeGere worked with me to make sure our party was just what I wanted. The venue is beautiful and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was professional, friendly and attentive to all our needs. We got so many compliments from those attending. I highly recommend this venue. Thanks to their staff for a job well done!
