In summary

Meadowbrook Golf Course has undergone a significant renovation, earning praise for its challenging new layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff. Golfers appreciate the course's unique design with elevation changes and risk-reward opportunities, though some find the absence of yardage markers and GPS on carts inconvenient. While many enjoy the revamped course, others criticize the slow pace of play and note that certain areas, such as the rough and greens, still require improvement.

Completely remodeled track. They did a great job! Course is in great shape. Very friendly staff. Only drawback - no driving range. Highly recommend!

They changed the course completely. The course turned the completely around. The course has water, blind shots, and bunkers. The greens are fast. It's a different game from what it use to be. Hole 1 is a Par 5 and the second shot is blind. (I warned you). The club house is still the same with some remodel around the pro shop. We payed $70 for the round and it was worth it. Fun round. My group and I will be back.

Can't Wait for the New Meadowbrook! (July 13, 2025) I've been playing Meadowbrook since the mid-80s, so even though it's still about a month from opening, I had to take a tour. I was blown away. This new layout is phenomenal and I truly believe it will be one of the top courses in all of Tarrant County. While the new sod is still settling in, it's clear this design is going to be a great experience for both new players and seasoned veterans. In the past, some of the holes were easily reachable, but with the new back tees, many of them have been significantly extended, making for a more challe…

What a fun layout! Best design I've seen in the DFW area, with tons of elevation changes, two or three tier greens, and fun risk-reward opportunities. The course is gettable but not boring. There are still a few problem areas where the grass hasn't come in, but overall this is an exceptional value and a very rare kind of golf course in these parts. Will be back many times.

Love the new layout. Everyone was very friendly. I give it 5 stars for that reason. But bring a range finder because there are no yardage markers any where but on the score card and no GPS. on the carts. 13 million dollars and no yardage markers? What's up with that? Never played a course with out them making it hard to figure out distance to the green's. So bring a range finder. Talked to the guy I think was in charge about it and the rough was very thick. I kind of like it but very hard to find you ball if you are lucky you will find yours but I found a couple just looking for my own!🤣 He sa…

Got a play a round with some friends here recently on their new track. I never got a chance to play the old one, but was very pleased with the layout. There were some tricky situations with finding the right path to the next hole but overall a good round.

Not impressed with the remodel. Never played the old course. It's a quirky layout with multiple blind shots where you can't see landing areas. There are holes without a good landing area. Short course with huge greens. Very busy, very slow. Was hoping it would be on par with Rockwood, but it is not.

I want to start off by saying this was a fun and easy course to play. However, it was the worse conditioned course I’ve ever played. The greens were bumpy and patchy. It was cheap, but I wouldn’t play it again even for how cheap it was. It would be a great course for a person who has never golfed before, but if you’re a handicap under 30 (yes, 30) I wouldn’t recommend playing here. That being said, the staff was amazing! So friendly and nice.

Guys, they may have remodeled (and this was my first time playing) but this is simply not worth the $70 they charge on a weekend. The clubhouse looks like it is from the 70s, there are renovation artifacts everywhere...Trash/crap beside the fairways, bumpy greens and 3-4" rough. It's pretty bad. You can play on much nicer course for the money.

First time playing this course which made things pretty difficult as the course wasn't updated on our Garmin Watches. Yes we had to play old school and walk off the distance, or guess when we didn't have a point of reference. With water, sand traps, and the hilly terrain, this course would be challenging even with the GPS! But it was in great shape even after the big rains the day before. There is no driving range so keep that in mind but they do have a nice chipping green, and separate putting green. The Clubhouse had a grill and plenty of seating. I would play here again but only after I kno…

Kind of a dog track to be honest. The city renovated the whole course and doesn’t even update the GPS after literally rearranging many holes. Nicest part of this place is the chipping practice area. They are out of their mind to try to charge what they are charging.
