Mount Shasta Resort

My family stayed in the chalets for a long ski weekend and greatly enjoyed it. Our 1 bedroom chalet was spacious, clean, well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, and had a cozy fireplace. The service was personal and welcoming. We arrived after check in hours and were greeted by the manager who let us in, and she’d even turned on the heater ahead of time. The location is also fantastic. Mt. Shasta Resort was absolutely beautiful! Siskiyou Lake cabin's alongside the lake offer's a morning view that's so beautiful! There's a walking trail alongside the lake and views of MT Shasta that'll just take your breath away. Got some beautiful pictures. I recommend the fully furnished cabin, it's beautiful,cozy, and has a really nice electric fireplace. I will definitely be back with family.

Took my football team for an overnight trip. They provided us with an excellent pasta bar and great breakfast in the morning. The chalets were great. Bed was comfortable, the living room set up was comfortable and the fireplace was a great touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My team was very grateful for the opportunity to stay at the resort. I'm definitely heading back for a vacation of my own.

Had a fantastic time staying at this place. The place is gorgeous, the chalets are comfortable, clean and magical. The staff was super responsive and accommodating to any request and just some of the sweetest people around. We had multiple meals at the Club House, and one of the days it was snowing out so it made for the most magical lunch ever. Great views of the expansive golf course too! All in all, an unforgettable experience at this resort. We will be back!

We went here my wife’s birthday weekend. You have to register at the club house as we were registering my wife told them it was her birthday the woman said she was going to upgrade for free as a birthday gift to her. Well it was more than just upgrade we went from a double queen room to king bed suite complete with kitchen, dinning area, living room, king bed and view of the lake. Thanks for making wife’s birthday great.

Cannot beat the location. Siskyiou Lake has to be one of the prettiest lakes in California at sunset. And the mountain is visible I all it's glory. Great resort. Nice people.

Horrendous experience! I will NEVER be back and I recommend people take this review into consideration. A female employee sexually harassed my teenage son! I would have never expected that from a place like this. We ended up leaving early. At first my son told me about some “weird” lady but didn’t explain much more than that. But the second day we were there he came and told me an employee named “Laci” made him feel super uncomfortable. We love it here! The rooms, the resort bar/restaurant has great food and great service and the location are all fantastic. Beds are a little firmer than we prefer but that's ok. 😊

We visited the restaurant for lunch and it was great. A hidden gem, the food was great, they have a full bar and the service was excellent. We will certainly return.

Great stop with outstanding views We made a short stop for a snack, and the food was great. The views from the golf area were outstanding—truly a beautiful spot. The staff were friendly, and the service made the experience even better. Maybe in the future we’ll stay longer, but for now, it was a perfect quick stop with good food and great scenery.

The banquet room was fantastic. The food was really good too. The rooms were clean and accommodating.

What a beautiful place to rest, relax, golf, enjoy nature, and get an absolutely amazing facial at the spa. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Shasta. The rooms are huge with kitchens, living room areas, great beds, and large decks with gorgeous views. We don’t bother housekeeping when we travel so we are just fine with the minimal service. We love how we can park and walk to amazing trails. If you golf, it is a nice play I’ve heard. My FAVORITE part is the spa. I’ve had the best facial ever at this spa. My hubby likes the masseuse.
