Navy Golf Course

Not much design here in Navy Golf Course fairways (aka Destroyer Course), but the greens here are certainly gorgeous 😍, while also tough. Big greens on every hole, and always a slope on the greens, meanwhile be warned that the speed here is FAST, you can easily get 3 pars. Water on 7/8/9/10/12/13/15/16, the toughest one will be the pond right in front of the green of Hole 12, be careful with your 2nd shot to approach (aim right is suggestive) One thing to be mentioned here is that the course is right next to the Navy base, so there will be helicopters and jets taking off while you're puttin…

It was very nice to play nine holes. The place is really nice. The green is very good. We had a very nice time.

Having played the Navy Golf Course many times I can honestly say that it is a great place to pay golf. There are some challenging holes and some not so much but it is a good time to be had . Wishing you all the birdies you can handle. See you there so you may hear me yell out FORE!!! Just duck.

My friends and I didn't golf, but we had a wonderful time at the Navy Golf Course. We met for a Bible study and lunch, and it was the perfect setting. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor seating is so serene. I highly recommend the grilled chicken cobb salad—it was fantastic. I'll definitely be back to enjoy this peaceful place.

Great golf course fantastic greens the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the golf course was extremely wet after a recent rain and we had to walk which is fine but it was $60 to walk on a weekday. I haven't played the course in 5 years but I don't remember it being more than $55 to ride during the week.

Great nine hole! Greens are very well maintained. Fairways are also in great shape. Definitely use a cart because this one is big for a 9. The carts all have GPS and are also well maintained. Friendly staff. Decent driving range and chipping area. The cafe has tasty offerings for breakfast and lunch. It can get a little backed up on Saturday mornings but nothing unmanageable.

I had a fantastic golfing experience here recently. The course was in immaculate condition – the fairways were a lush, vibrant green and offered smooth playing surfaces. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the round. I can't wait to get back out there and tackle this course again!

I've heard about this course after learning it's where Tiger played as a kid (likely his local course). I played the 18 hole Destroyer course on a Saturday and wow, what an absolute gem. The fairways were in absolutely fantastic shape and the greens were perfect. I'm not sure what type of grass the fairways are but almost like a fluffy soft feel to them, which makes it easy to hit from. I think I found my new home course. Some tee boxes could use a little work but the overall value is amazing for this course.

Navy Golf Course in Cypress, CA, is one of those spots that just delivers every time. The course itself is fantastic, with greens that are consistently top-notch. They’re always in great shape, making every putt feel like it’s got a chance. Weekly on Sundays we have our "retro" day.... Persimmon and Blades! This course always keeps great condition 👏 And all staff is very kind. Green was slow since they finished an aerification about two 2weeks ago, so the green condition will be great next weekend. Thank you, all navy golf course!!

With its flat terrain, the course is ideal for a comfortable round of golf. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the grass is in excellent condition.

Great Golf Course!! It was a privilege to play here 🙏 great layout, greens coming out of aerification and we're running a good 9.5 to 10. Fairways and tee boxes were great! Staff was excellent 👍 tee time was 1:21pm and finished in 4:45 on a Saturday 👍👍 to play golf where Tiger Woods learned the game... Priceless..
