In summary

Ocean City Municipal Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens and affordable pricing, making it an excellent choice for beginners and those looking to practice their short game. The course's layout, with mostly short holes and a few longer ones, is appreciated by both novice and seasoned players. However, some visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service and noted occasional issues with equipment rental policies and course conditions.

Great little municipal par three, standard pitch n putt until you get to the eighth where you're pleasantly surprised with three holes ranging 160 to 235 yards, break out the big dogs! Greens were in surprisingly good shape, medium-fast. Great price and location, pleasant staff.

You can’t beat the price for an amateur’s day or golf. There are mostly short holes of about 110 years but a few around 175 or 200 yards.

A fun little course that has 12 holes. Reasonably priced and easy to walk. Great place to practice your short game and a great place to go if your just learning.

Turned us away because we didn’t put a tee time on the website and tried to do it in person instead. Then we put a time in on the website and they said that they could not rent out clubs after 4:00. There was NO warning of this on the website and I was not told about it in person. There is only a small shriveled up piece of paper that says it on the counter. Make sure you know ALL of their “rules” before you try to play.

This a very good Par 3 course with a cordial club house staff. The greens and fringes are in excellent condition this time of year. You will enjoy this 12-hole course whether you are a beginner just learning the game, a weekend golfer or low handicapper looking to fine tune their short game. I would highly recommend playing this course based on the price, the layout and the relaxed and friendly staff!

Had an awesome time here. It’s always good to get out and walk and swing the sticks. The staff was very friendly!!!

We had such a lovely afternoon here. Came with my mom (who hasn't golfed in decades), my 8 year old (who had never been on a course), and my 11 year old. We were all able to play every hole without feeling rushed or judged. The price is so reasonable and the distances on the holes are very manageable. I highly recommend it for a family with beginner golfers.

The course is nice. It’s a typical par 3 spot with well kept greens. I will however say the gentleman working inside is unpleasant to say the least. Showed up at 6:45AM to walk out with no tee time (figured no issue as the course was empty and their booking site is spotty). Proceeded to receive a lecture from this angry man, but then was still allowed to walk out due to a “cancelation”. Played all 12 holes and saw 2 other people on the course for the entire 1.5 hour round. Aside from the front desk, great round and enjoyable experience.

If you are looking for a beginners course or a way to touch up your game, this place is for you! Most holes are 150 yards or less and entirely straight. A lot of beginners play here so pace of play can be slow. Also expect to lose a few balls in the marsh. Overall this course is a good value and a fun, short play!

I love this place. Is it a PGA course? No. Who cares. Your on vacation. Wanna improve your short game and have fun? Play here. Wanna play 18 and hit your driver 300? Go off the island. Nice employees, nice course, inexpensive and........I brought my wife for her first game of golf and she got par on two holes. Couldn't be happier. The greens and fairways are well maintained. You can carry, push a cart, or ride. They rent clubs with a bag and have all the extras you need.

So I went there with my friends this past weekend in June. I was on vacation from NC and was like why not I had read some mixed reviews and it’s not like we are Tiger woods status we just play for fun. So hopefully this review will help anyone else who wants to go. Pricing: $15 for green fees $10 for club and bag rental. $3 for just bag rental $12 for a dozen balls. It’s only 12 holes. Ranging from 55-195 yards. I can not stress enough, bring and wear bug spray. The fairways are not mowed as they should but most of them are still playable. The greens are hard to read but they are challenging w…

Today probably wasn't the best day to rate the course. Due to recent rain storms the ground was extremely wet with small pools of water throughout the course. Other then that it is a nice little course to work on your short game. The attendant gets 5 stars for his friendliness and making me feel welcome.
