On 09/06/2024 at 10:30 am, I came to deliver an open enrollment interpretation for the Latino staff of Oswego Lake Country Club and Ms. Lily Beck. The first thing I do when I arrive at a landmark or building is use the facilities or bathroom. Oh my goodness, welcoming, spotless, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, sink with tall faucets, I love that. Immediately after, I head to do my job, the conference room is spectacular, chairs are lined up nicely, room temperature 71 degrees F. Staff are sitting in their respective seats.
