I play at least once a week here, and I love it. It's a good, challenging course with plenty of hills and water hazards. The greens are in great shape, as are the fairways. If you get into the rough, it can be hard to find your ball because it's usually pretty think rough. It's definitely a fun course.

The course was in excellent shape and the Greens were rolling and looking really good. The only reason I am giving four stars is that the carts were extremely filthy and not in good shape at all. For the Money I spent, You would think They could at least rinse the scooters off a little bit, especially where I sit.... Other than that it was a good round.

Always beautiful conditions. Great course. We always stop at the turn for a hotdog from the club house. Lots of different wildlife to be seen out here. Today we saw 2 bald eagles

No bar and driving range was closed due to rain. When open, hitting surface at dring range is bumpy, like trying to hit a golf ball on the moon. Ok if you are teeing up your ball. No mats available. Course itself is in great shape. Back nine very challenging, but fair.

If you say you open at 6. Open at 6. Its 2026, investing in technology to help with alerting players with tee times or changes to openings , is not that difficult or expensive. Especially if you charge 60$+ a round and have your afternoons filled with leagues.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOLFING HERE. I recently played this course with a group of three friends, and unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We called ahead to confirm we could tee off at 6 PM, and were told by staff that it would be no problem as long as we arrived by then. I got there at 5:52 and went in to pay for the group, only to be told by the same employee that we couldn’t play because they were now “fully booked.” I reminded him that our group had just spoken with him on the phone, but he refused to let us head out. Strangely, when my friend (w…

***PSA*** DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS HERE, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEM! Found a gift card of $50 to go play Palmira Golf Club in St John while i was cleaning my basement today. Turns out, they won't honor it bc it needs "a 6 digit alpha code" when the gift card has the name of the place and logo, no expiration date, so now I am out $50 dollars...says "come back another time and maybe it will work" like it'll make a difference...I just wanted to walk 18 casually with no problems, and this place does not honor the gift certificate. In context, the gift card is $50 dollars, bought on 12-17-2015 (yes…

Been involved with/playing at Palmira for almost 5 years now and probably over 100 rounds of golf. The owners are fantastic people who truly want you to have the best possible experience at the course. The course is in great shape and the greens are always pristine. Never had a negative experience or negative thing to say about this place. Highly recommend checking it out.

Great course with amazing staff. Some customers act really entitled and the staff tries their hardest to accommodate everyone and let them get some golf in. Course is in great shape, and pace of play was average to every other course in the area. The dirty blonde that works the front desk is lovely and should be given a raise for her hard work. They got really good rangers on the course that delegate the pace of play. And the ladies in the kitchen are just lovely. I wish I could put down 10 stars.
