In summary

Perdido Bay Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, challenging layout, and modern amenities like GPS-equipped golf carts. Many visitors appreciate the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the reasonable pricing and overall value. However, some guests have reported inconsistent customer service experiences and noted issues with staff professionalism and communication, particularly regarding rain checks and dress code policies.

Went while I was in town for a trip forecast said possible rain with 10% chance. when I checked in they said they would do a rain check if it started to rain. it started to pour down after about the third hole. We waited to see if it would pass over after realizing it wasn't we decided to pack up and head out. When we went to the front to get our rain check we were denied. This is very poor service 260$ for 3 holes and no rain check. Customer service was horrible. Nothing like driving 2 hours getting told you can rain check then get denied when you try to rain check. I've been golfing for over…

Very beautiful course, fairways and greens are well maintained. Golf carts have GPS and bluetooth. Beyond that, the service from the clubhouse staff was exceptional. So attentive and easy going. Booking the tee time was easy, and it’s a very relaxed environment for how nice the golf course is. Highly recommend this golf course.

This course would be 5 stars if not for 2 things... but more on that later. For Christmas Eve, this course was in TERRIFIC condition. It's a fun, challenging course. Greens were firm, but not super fast. Bunkers were real sand (that matters believe it or not). Nice practice facilities and a full bar/grill. Now the staff were professional, but not friendly.(I don't put too much stock into that because these poor kids were working on Christmas Eve) but a smile wouldn't have killed them, nor would a "Thank You". But this was NOT a $55 course and a pack of crackers was $3!!! I will play here a…

One of my favorite places to play in Pensacola. We played after it had been raining for most of the morning and the course was still in pretty good shape. Golf carts have gps and Bluetooth speakers. Friendly staff, course is challenging and fun.

Another golf course run by snobby, arrogant people who turn good customers away just because they don't dress fashionably enough. All my wife and I wanted to do was hit a bucket of balls on the practice range but apparently we're not classy enough to be welcomed at this course. Their loss I guess ... we would have probably played four or five rounds of golf there over the next two weeks but there's no way we'll ever spend our money with a business that treats people like that.

Had a nice time playing this course (April 2024). In cart GPS was helpful for a first timer as this course has some hazards you can’t always see until you are right up on them.

Had a very good time here. Played in Feb so the course was in hibernation mode but it still played very well. The greens were very good (for Feb) and the facilities were great. Like the website says a complete practice area with putting, chipping and bunker practice areas and the "driving range" was large and long enough to hit driver. Enjoyed it - very good value!

Been awhile, but love the layout, wildlife. Fairways weren't great, greens were decent though.

Course is in really good shape except some of the bunkers need more sand. The 2 I played out of were like hitting off compact soil. 5 stars if not for the bunkers. Enjoyed the round and even saw a baby fawn on one of the holes.

Me and my family were from out of town on vacation, so obviously the course to us, is new. We are obviously not familiar with the layout. It was me, my husband, my 10 month old son, and my sister-in-law, and her boyfriend. My husband and my sister-in-law’s boyfriend was in one cart, and me and my sister-in-law and my son were in another golf cart. At hole 1, there is a small fork-off and we were going on the wrong way, when we saw one of the employees sitting in a golf cart, we asked him if we were going the right way or was it the other way, he then cusses at my husband and says, “You see my…

We were from out of town, playing a twilight round with our local family who never has played golf before. The staff & course were not just professional & polite but provided near perfect experience, we are very grateful for the reasonable price & the well kept course, thank you! Definitely go play this golf course.
