In summary

Pine Hills Golf Club is widely praised for its beautiful and well-maintained course, offering a challenging yet enjoyable layout with stunning scenery. The clubhouse amenities, including a highly regarded restaurant, add to the positive experience. However, some visitors have noted issues with staff interactions, particularly with the assistant pro, and a few have experienced slow service at the restaurant.

This is a great 28 hole golf course just west of Rocky Mountain House, the course opened in 1964, and has grown since then, it had a great club house with a great menu. Today we had the poutine. The course is in great shape!

Course layout is a bit challenging, but scenery was awesome. Just the location is a bit far yet will definitely come back if stopping by closed location. Hole 1 and 10 are some of the dramatic links style and rest is very fun to play with.

Great golf course overall! Layout is super fun to play and the greens were in good shape. Some fairways are literally in a 45 degree angle side to side! Price was reasonable.

Awesome course! Beautifully manicured, and well tended to. The course has a few blind approaches. Hilly, and would recommend a cart. But seen many walkers. Restaurant was great with a good variety of taps. the deck had a great view.

Big sand traps with too few rakes. Tee times too close together and while they say 4 hr. 15 minutes they will still hassle you for being on time. Greens too fast on big slopes— I won’t go back. Used to love it there— but not now.

The course is spectacular. Challenging but fair. The food is delicious and the views from the deck are wonderful. The prices are reasonable. Pro shop staff are very helpful.

Worth the drive. What a gem. The folks in RMH are so lucky to have this place. Fantastic shape! Greens lightning fast if you're not careful you'll be chasing it off the edge. Gorgeous country and super friendly staff! Worth every penny!

The front counter guy (the assistant pro kid, was very rude) and very indifferent to our family, yes we are beginners, but the young guy constantly remind us to go to the court when there is no one behind us, forced us to rent 4 set of gear where we don’t need so many at all, of course, no smile, very impatient through out the whole process, he didn’t ruin our golf day as we are all very positive people but I still want to make this comment as it is a possibility for improvement of the training process, I will reconsider to recommend to our friends. I have to mention booking through chronogol…

I will say the coarse is amazing and the food is also great. Me being a more experienced Golfer with some first timer friends tried the coarse for the first time and we enjoyed it very much and it is taken care of. Started a little later on our tee time from the long line up but busy is good showing me people like this coarse. The assistant pro kid however was very rude when he approached us telling us to hurry up cause we werent on the proper time of being at hole 7 and that other golfers finish in less than 2 hours....and then drove off wothout even being able to say something. We let the sm…

Didn’t have a great experience at the restaurant. Suspect the server was having a bad day, so won’t harp on that, but 4 out of 4 meals arrived not as expected. Fish and chips so overcooked it tasted burnt. Sides never delivered until we reminded them. Plus side, beautiful patio to enjoy the evening.
