In summary

Port Ludlow Resort is frequently praised for its stunning views, peaceful atmosphere, and attentive staff, with many guests highlighting the exceptional service and dining experiences at the Fireside Restaurant. The resort's spacious rooms, featuring amenities like fireplaces and jetted tubs, are also well-received. However, some visitors note that the rooms are aging, dining options in the area are limited, and there are occasional service inconsistencies.

We had a truly fabulous stay at Port Ludlow Resort. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and our marina-view room was stunning and peaceful. Our trip was made even more special when we got engaged on Valentine’s Day during dinner in the Fireside Room—an unforgettable, magical moment. A huge thank-you to General Manager Dan Ratigan, who extended such incredible hospitality and made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and wonderful. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and nothing was overlooked. This resort will always hold a special place in ou…

Amazing experience at the resort to wrap up my Olympics trip! The property is peaceful and quaint, has an old money country club feel to it. Great service and above average food at the Fireside. Loved the in room jacuzzi!

This resort exceeded my expectations with its quiet, clean atmosphere and stunning views. From the moment I arrived, the front desk made check-in quick and effortless. Hospitality truly stood out, especially under the care of Executive Chef Dan Ratigan. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the Fireside Restaurant—dinner featured a perfectly cooked steak, and breakfast offered generous portions with a great balance of savory and sweet options. Everything was prepared in a timely manner and beautifully presented. Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent service, food, and attention to detail.

Located at the Port Ludlow marina this small hotel offers nice rooms with a jetted tub and nice views. It was nice and quit but was interrupted by a garbage truck in the morning. Bad luck... The rooms and the rest of the hotel are getting a little bit old but where clean and well kept. Dining and Breakfast options are limited in the area. The hotel has its own restaurant but it is definitly on the expensive side. Staff was nice and made an overall good experience. However I wish the "resort" would offer a pool and hot-tub as well.

Great stuff .. stunning views .. friendly people around you .. and the quietest part of the state It’s just isolated from good restaurants or grocery stores. And the rooms didn’t have an AC!!

We were blown away. This was our first visit to Port Ludlow and to the Resort. It was a small get away for my wife and I and WE WILL BE BACK. From the moment we arrived we were struck by the beauty. For us the weather was great but even on a rainy day - the service, food and atmosphere over deliver. Jeff who runs the Fireside has helped build something incredible. Look for Suzy if you’re there, she’s sure to make you feel insanely welcome. The food was really its own unique and elegant comfortable style. Their wine list is something special and feels hand curated. Our room was so comfortable a…

Marina views are subjective. The rooms over looking the driveway/breakwater “are considered marina views,” yet still marked accordingly. Very disappointed at the value and the impact on my anniversary weekend.

Super impressed! Especially for the unbeatable pricing, very worth it. Big jet tubs and fireplaces in every room along with locally made products (soap, lotion, coffee, etc). The front desk woman was super sweet, even called our room immediately after my husband left his card at their restaurant. Just a lot of nice little touches. Very appreciative of my stay here, definitely recommend (:

The reason I am leaving such a bad review is not for the rooms, but for the experience. The hotel itself is not that great, as well as the food or drinks. But they do require for you to be open your wallet for a pretty room. But once you do, forget about returned generosity. Everything in the room is so limited and Lisa at the front desk so rude. There so not a single amount of politeness or class glcoming from this place. 50% of experience is quality and 50% is service. At this place, you may forget about the other half. They charge for extra lotion bar (40$). I have never seen such tightness…

I just had a lovely experience at Port Ludlow Resort. My son was on spring break and we wanted a getaway that wasn’t too far or expensive. The resort pretty much is the town, and for the most part, they have done a great job at creating a full service resort so that you do not have to leave. I love that they have dog friendly rooms and that we were able to bring our fur baby with us. I loved the extra little touches. They offer a sugar scrub station in the lobby bathroom, and stock the rooms with locally and hand crafted bathroom amenities like their bath salt soak. The jetted bathtub was a bi…

This location was so beautiful, I live somewhat local and I still booked it for two nights because the quiet location with waterfront views, spacious rooms with fireplaces and jacuzzis, and the restaurant downstairs was enough to go but the STAFF. Wow, I've never been to a hotel that made me feel like I was their actual guest rather than their customer but this staff did it! They got to know me and my needs and I was so impressed by the added touches
