Since QP opened, they have cared for my mom (2nd one to move in). The staff has provided a gentle, caring atmosphere as my moms Alzheimer's progressed. Once the end was near, they contacted a hospice agency and worked with them to make her last days comfortable & peaceful. Communication has always been a hallmark for how they operate. Brian and his team are the best at what they do.

Moved mom (90+ years old) into Quail Park from an Assisted Living Business on the Eastside. From the first meeting with Quail Park staff, I was impressed with how much smaller and more interpersonal it was than other facilities that we'd had experience with. Mom received respectful and friendly care, and truly enjoyed sitting in the lobby with "Amos", the house dog. She enjoyed the frequent music guests, and even a visit from "The Parrot Lady" with her colorful birds. She was wheelchair bound, but enjoyed me walking her around the Alaska Junction area, even visiting the SummerFest (West Seattl…

My 90 year old mom moved to Quail Park during the pandemic - it was hard not to be able to be with her in person, to hold her hands and squeeze her shoulder, but the wonderful staff at QP did everything they could to make it possible for me to at least have window visits and technology visits. And while they were able to keep all the residents and staff safe from COVID, they still held my mom's hands and squeezed her shoulder. As soon as she arrived Mom's energy and ability to engage with people and activities improved tremendously. I saw how they didn't just take care of her, they loved her.…

We moved my Aunt from a facility in South Carolina to Quail Park in West Seattle, where we live. The experience we have had from Day One has been stellar. We had to bring her across Country, keep her dementia stable, and move her in to get acclimated. The staff are warm and wonderful and invaluable in coordinating everything. The food bring excitement to her days. The apartment she has is wonderful, and very light. No matter when I come to visit, my Aunt is clean and groomed, and almost always involved in an activity of some kind. Staff interactions with her, and all of the family members a…

I am leaving this review after visiting the Quail Park community a couple of times. The memory care environment is impressive, and the residents seem very happy and active. Ed, their community relations Director, is professional and has a real passion for finding the right solution for you or your family member. I can genuinely say this memory care community and staff are genuinely dedicated and compassionate about helping seniors.

My 95-year-old mother lived with me for almost seven years after my father died. I wanted her to stay with me until the end but her Alzheimer’s progression made that impossible. I hired in-home caregiver for while I was at work and then hired another to stay overnight so I would be able to sleep through the night. Despite having wonderful caregivers, it just wasn’t enough. My niece and I toured Quail Park in March 2020 and gathered information. After the tour, we were confident this was the best choice and mom moved in mid-April. Quail Park is set up for people with memory issues; there are so…

My mother lives in Quail Park West Seattle, along with her little dog. The care staff are kind and helpful, led by Brian, who seems on top of everything all the time. He is practical and realistic. The food is excellent and the Chef Mandy is thoughtful. (Mom is vegetarian.) Family members are welcome to join for meals (with a little notice appreciated). The facility is an intimate space, human scale. That is so important for the all-memory care residents. They can find and access their apartments and the common spaces independently. Quail Park is a secure place, but in an understated way t…

I have a good friend who is now at Quail Park of West Seattle. I am so glad he is in such a warm and kind place. The staff are all wonderful (especially now during the pandemic). All of his friends and family are really glad and know he is getting the best possible care and much more social interaction than he was getting at his last place.

Our family could not be happier having our father reside at Quail Park! The building is beautiful and essentially in brand new condition; the staff is very caring and engaged; and perhaps the most important part is the dedication to building community among the residents. Those connections and relationships are more important than ever.

From my first phone call and visit, the staff at Quail Park have gone out of their way to answer a myriad of questions, and to take the time to help me understand the protocols of Quail Park. They truly care about the residents, their health and safety. With the current Covid 19 crisis, they cant be too cautious. There are monthly Zoom calls for family members and any question or suggestion are welcomed. I am very impressed with the quality of care and concern expressed for each resident and the weekly activities for the residents are well thought through and the smiles are a mile wide.
