What People Say

In summary

Randel-Hinkle Municipal Golf Course is frequently praised for its beautiful layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly, courteous staff, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The course is noted for its challenging design, particularly on the back nine, and offers a peaceful setting for golfers. Some visitors mention the fairways can be narrow and the grass thick, which may lead to lost balls, and there is a desire for additional amenities like a driving range. A few isolated complaints about staff interactions and membership pricing were noted.

First time playing this course and won’t be my last. This course is beautiful, the greens are in pristine shape…a little fast but perfect for me. This may change through the seasons but right now in the first week of October the greens were so nice! The fairways can be tight and narrow on a couple of holes because of limited space, so don’t always rely on a driver off the tee unless you have laser strait shots. Not a bad little Municipal golf course. My only complaint is the grass on the fairway seems a little thick, I lost way too many balls on the fairway, what should have been effortless to find. I wasn’t the only one either. That being said we still had a great time. I also wish they had a driving range, but I understand space is limited. Overall 5 of 5

Just played a couple of weeks ago, course is beautiful, very courteous staff; can't wait til clubhouse is opened. I took my nine year old and fifteen year old grandsons; my husband drove one of the carts since he wasn't able to play and we had a great time. I am from out of town so looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful layout. For real! Some serious thought and effort have gone into Randel. Both organized but with a relaxed environment... And that's hard to find. Jeff is top notch!

It's a good golf course but unlike most city owned and operated golf courses the locals have to pay full price for membership and I'm not going to

One of the staff members was extremely rude, accused me of driving on the green. Definitely will not be returning anytime soon.
