I'll say the CP value of this course is undebatable, though the condition was not impressed, but the course design is fantastic. The characteristics of Randolph Dell Urich course is that there's a lot big ditches alongside the fairways, though not bunkers, but still going to cost you if you don't handle the next shot well.

For years the range ball dispensers have not worked properly. Anything from not working at all to double charging credit cards. Now the dispensers only handle codes or supposedly cash, but you can't count on either. Bathrooms renovated a few years ago only to start failing again. At best, inconsistent playing conditions. This past summer, no drinking water on some of the courses. How do you run a golf course in AZ, in the summer, and not provide adequate drinking water. Seems like a legal trouble waiting to happen. Tucson City Golf Courses have a history of good and bad times, when the courses have been well and poorly maintained. It's currently in a phase of good condition after an overhaul some years ago. Dell Urich like Randolph North is unassuming as it is generally flat with few turns or challenging corners and traps, but it was developed about 100 years ago. Greens and fairways were in good shape for August. Very fun and great pace of play especially for the convenience factor.

The cart attendant, Kim, behaved in a way that was rude, intimidating, and completely inappropriate. She approached our group with a condescending attitude, insisted we pour out our water bottles while telling us we “should know better,” and accused us of slowing play when we were maintaining pace. She then went to the group behind us and stated she would “throw us out” if they thought we were playing too slowly. This was not only unnecessary but escalatory and unprofessional. Perfect day for golf on a city golf course. Course is well maintained and very well staffed. Greens were nice and sow were the fairways. Prices are good for 18 holes of golf. We were fortunate enough to be able to go in and allow us to get a quick tee time. Staff was friendly and efficient, golf pro gave us a couple of pointers and made the game a little easier. Will definitely go back during this great weather.

Extremely over priced during “in season” months. It’s a good course but the fairway and “rough” are cut the same. This is a $40 course definitely don’t pay $60+

I just golfed this course for the first time and I was really impressed with the condition. Very green and lush! I would compare the quality to Tubac. Greens were weirdly slow but all in all a great course! They offered us iced towels complimentary waters at the turn which I thought was fantastic!

This turned into a most pleasant December afternoon. The combination of efficient course management with extremely kind attendants is wonderful! The Dell Urich fairways are immaculate for a December public course, and the yardages are challenging. The Par Three #7 was beyond reproach and my Eight iron approach.... The tee boxes are adjacent to most greens and you can complete nine holes in two hours. This is an LPGA Tour stop and a must stop for the visitor.

My first visit to this course a few weeks ago on a Sunday morning. Did not encounter one golfer or staff member that was rushing others or rude. Will definitely be back more often.

What a great experience. 1st time in AZ and glad I chose this course. The group I was assigned to were fun and are regulars to the course and treated me like one of their own. Greens and fairways rolled well.
