Played Saddlebrook recently and was really impressed. The course has just reopened and the fairways are still growing in, but everything was well-manicured and the layout is excellent. You can tell the team is putting serious effort into bringing the place back to top form. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There’s clearly a lot of investment going into revitalizing the property and you can already see the positive changes starting to show. Excited to come back and see the continued progress.

If you’re looking for a spot to retreat and have good peace and quite as well as a spectacular scenery while you sip a glass of wine outback in the porch, this is the place. It is conveniently located in proximity to a lot of opportunities ranging from food to home goods shopping, entertainment etc. i love this place. Even on bad weather this place is nice!

We loved our stay here. Played both courses. Palmer Course was healed and Saddlebrook had 2 temporary greens. As Florida residents, we love going to golf resorts in the summer when the prices are super reasonable. We also know the courses may be under repair at that time. Room was clean, staff was super nice and pool was beautiful. We will be back!

We had a great time as staff and resort guests were friendly and nice. Everyone took good care of us and the golf pro's helped with my middle game, can't wait to get back and see all the helpful people that make Saddlebrook Golf and Resort a top vacation spot.

The guys in the pro shop and starters are top notch. The treat everyone like they have know them forever. The new courses are in great shape and we had a lot of fun playing Christmas Day. Will definitely come again

Not the best course to play in the area. The carts are old - the brakes don't hold on hills. The cups haven't been moved in a while - the flag receptacles are full of sand so the flags are leaning. No ball washers or trash containers. Doesn't appear the bunkers have been groomed for days, perhaps a week or more. And no place to find water or Gatorade (or other).

Played Palmer course at 10 AM on a Sunday. Course design was fun conditions overall were 7/10. Greens: 7 the cups replaced uneven Fairways: 7 Teeboxes: 7 some uneven and beat up Pace: 7 pretty good 4 hours twosome Service: 5 Nice people except we had to walk from valet to pro shop with our bags and it was pretty far. Especially for my 75 y.o. father. Carts should be given out at bag drop or at least give us a ride to shop. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me. Range: 10 Great facility!

Back again. Golfed Palmer and it was in great shape. The resort is coming along with repairs and you can tell new ownership is having a positive impact. Great experience and highly recommend.

Course (putting greens) are in extremely poor condition. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a ZERO. My greens fees should have been refunded. At least 1/2 the greens are totally unplayable. There are totally burnt out patches, patches where sod has been added to cover the bare spots. The grass on several of the greens was more than an inch long. You can hit your putter as hard as possible, and your ball wont make it across the green. Putting around the holes is a joke. If you are going out just to practice your tee and iron shots, then I guess it is okay. Save your money and go to a driving rang…
