In summary

Sea Scape Golf Links is praised for its well-maintained course, scenic and challenging layout, and friendly, accommodating staff. Visitors appreciate the course's unique features, such as unexpected elevation changes and a variety of par 3s and 5s, along with its pleasant setting near the ocean. However, some guests have raised concerns about tee time management, occasional slow pace of play, and the course being busy during peak seasons, which can lead to delays and overlapping bookings.

TL;DR…poorly run and overpriced, especially in the summer. 14 February 2026 - This place could fix most of their problems if they would just communicate like a normal person. I made the mistake of coming here again, thinking the cheap winter rates would be worth it, LOL. Booked a tee time in advance. I like to show up pretty early to warmup, etc. Walking up to the clubhouse, you could not miss the bright teal/green spray paint fertilizer that completely covered the first two holes. Red flag #1. No mention of this when I booked the tee time. I wonder why. I then checked-in. The clubhouse was…

Not the most difficult course, although I hit a ball or two in some surrounding houses yards. They do a lot of upkeep on the course and it was pretty spread out. Quiet golf carts. Nice lounge inside the clubhouse to get a drink or bite. They did have a good menu going on.

First time here from new england. Bermuda grass was great to play off of. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in tip top shape. Head pro was very helpful and genuine and the experience was spectacular!!! Played a solid round. Challenging course especially hole number 13 and 14. Even though it rained for two holes, it was a great round! Will be back again!

The course is in great shape. Some very scenic holes and some pretty tough ones! I personally rank it very highly and I've played most of the courses in the area. Definitely a ball strikers course. If you can choose a course in the Outer Banks, I'd definitely say Seascape is a great choice!

Great course. Good number if challenging holes and some really fun dogleg holes. Staff is very nice. If you can make your reservation online you may be able to get a discounted rate like we did. Course was pretty busy on our day but they did a great job spacing things out and keeping things moving.

Terrific greens! Challenging at times despite being less than 5900 yards. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Looking forward to playing the course again.

Great course to play in the Outer Banks. We always play during the offseason (hence why the grass isn't that green) but still in great shape. There isn't a driving range due to the limited space and it makes it difficult with a narrow par 5 to start. There are some unexpected elevation changes which was a great touch. I also enjoyed that there were more par 3s and 5s compared to a normal course.

An absolute pleasure to play at. Great staff, starter, pro shop. Could use some better looking men's collard golf shirts with your logo. Did get a hat. Course was very manicured and maintanied. Challenging but still very enjoyable and fun. All six of us who played, would play again.

Great course with fantastic staff. Dan was more than accommodating and very professional in the pro shop. Smooth greens and a nice beach breeze make it fun for the whole family. We will be back!

Great golf course that I would play again. It was very well maintained. It was $135 a golfer for a weekday in August , later morning tee time. The staff was very friendly and gave good information about the harder holes. The cart girl was making rounds constantly , which was great. I didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked nice. The greens were small which made it a little challenging. Something to remember also is your competing with some serious wind being so close to the ocean. It was not the most challenging course but I was still 3 putting! Fun course that I recommend.

Nice course. Well maintained. My only gripe was tee time management. The three groups in front of us were a twosome, a twosome and a single. The ranger came out multiple times to the groups in front of us to say something to them. But nothing else was done. I understand Covid:19 times but pace of place could have been increased if they put the two’s together or put a two and the single together. Otherwise a pretty nice track.

Very nice local golf course. The people were friendly and the service was very good. We played on a Friday in mid May and had some back up and wait time between holes….but some of this is to be expected. Fairway, tee boxes, and sand traps were in nice condition…all in all, a decent local golf course….. I was expecting a bit more from a golf course in a resort area and the price point paid. Worth playing once but would look for other options in the future.
