Such a great local track! Great value, owners were very welcoming, and just a fun, low key course. Pace of play was perfect, conditions were good, and everyone on the course was friendly. Thanks for having us out!

Attempted to play a round of 18 at 2:30, cashier said we had to be back by 6. Which was fine with me, the owner said that I should just start with 9; I asked if it was busy or something out there. The owner preceded to tell me that was the stupidest question he had ever heard and told me to get out.

Went out there about 2 weeks ago, so it was mid August. The staff were very friendly, I have no complaints in that area. I do have several issues with the course: 1) It is a first come first served basis, they don't do tee times. 2) No credit card's accepted. Only cash. They have an ATM on site. 3) Fairways are in very poor conditions. They are so dry and the grass is very patchy that it makes the ball run forever (like hitting a cart path) since the ground is basically almost as hard as pavement. Even setting up a tee poses a challenge. 4)The greens were OK, but they are quite small. They ar…

Owner wouldn’t let us play 9 holes because they close at 6:00 (it’s 2:30) we proceeded to ask if it was busy to see if that’s why they were worried about time, they then said “that’s the dumbest question of all time” and told us to leave.

Nice golf course.Worth the drive. Cheap by golf standards. Some fun holes. Some great views. Hardly ever a wait. Nice folks run the place. Old man up front is a real nice guy. I paid for 18 had to stop after 9 went back to the clubhouse he refunded me 9 holes and I never even asked him

Great course and My family and I love to go there when I come down. We usually love the staff but the owners son was really rude and treated us very poorly. We were definitely being a little rough with the carts (we had 5 of us and probably got a little carried away) however he treated us very rudely by just coming up and telling us he would take our carts if we parked to close to each other again. Love the course, just be prepared to be treated rudely if not acting "right"

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this course was maintained! Played this morning and it was a great time. Staff was incredibly friendly! The course itself has pretty wide open fairways which makes it great for beginners. However, there are well placed hazards that make it decently difficult for seasoned players as well. Greens were luscious and well, green. Rolled very slow but true and were good sized! I would highly recommend making the trip to Ackworth to play this course!
