Awesome public golf course kept in great shape. We played course #1 which was a nice challenge for myself. Plenty of hills and bunkers. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes kept in great condition. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was definitely backed up. We waited quite awhile on the back 9, but it was a gorgeous day and what do you expect on the weekend. The range looked nice but we didn’t use it. Will be back!

Best value in the USA probably... Great greens, rolling 11 like a country club. perfect fairways, some challenging holes, amazing value for money, can walk it on weekends for $39... can't say enough good things about this course.

Beautiful course. Many hills! Kind and helpful staff. The food is delicious too. Great atmosphere. The golf course is well kept. My family had a great time playing here.

Overall a pleasant experience on course one. tee boxes, greens, and fairways were all in good condition. I didn't have issues with pacing despite playing on a Sunday afternoon.

I really enjoyed playing the golf course and it is in great shape. I have to agree with the other reviews though. The pro shop staff was fairly rude. Is it too much to ask for them to be welcoming and polite? I understand that they are trying to do their best to get everyone checked in and on the course in a timely manner, but they could still be more polite about it.

This place is definitely a favorite. Staff has always been great. Great location and easy to find. Range is well kept. They have 2 courses. Both are reasonably priced. Pace of play tends to vary but typically hasn't been terrible enough to complain about. - On to the good stuff.. ⛳️ Golf! Both are walkable. Course #1 is for the long hitter. Wider fairways with some up & down, I would say larger greens & longer par 3's. Play from the tips if you're that good to get your money's worth & use every club in your bag. Course #2 is more my style. Not a long hitter then you may favor this side. It has…

They’ve done an amazing job cleaning up both courses recently. Jose M. and the entire team have clearly put in the work to make these courses some of the best in DFW. I played recently and the greens were 💯 fast, smooth, and rolling true. Huge improvement, these courses are dialed in right now.

Shaff was horrible! Ran out of carts, and finally got ours 10 minutes after our tee time. The pace cart appeared to only be doing circles around the club house, as the group in front of us caused us to have a 5 hour round. The course is actually pretty nice, but the staff could use an overhaul!

The city needs to be aware of the numerous reviews of a rude staff over the last year. Today the staff would not honor the YouthOnCourse agreement and rate even when showed the website and rate. A shame that this city facility is not supporting the growth of youth golf.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude at pro shop. Good thing we use a seat cover because our carts were dirty. Course 2 is fun but they need to restaff everyone because they’re not welcoming at all. Also, I didn’t see a cart girl at all the entirety of the 18 holes.

Played course #1 11.23.25: Fantastic golf course! Greens are the best part...Fairways and tee boxes are not far behind. Will be back again and again. Can't wait to play course #2.

Played on 9/27/25 and wanted to make a tee time for the following Saturday. I was told that you had to make tee times online that far in advance as in person or tee times over the phone are not taken until Wednesday for Saturday play. I went online right then and paid the $10 fee to book a tee time for Saturday Oct. 4th. For whatever reason the pro at the course insists on keeping a handwritten ledger for tee times. When arriving to the course on the 4th my tee time was not on the ledger. The pro Ronny, which I use that term loosely as he was nowhere near professional, told me that they were v…
