In summary

Silverthorn Country Club is appreciated for its picturesque setting, intriguing course layout, and well-maintained greens, making it a favorite for many golfers. The clubhouse and dining options receive high marks for their quality and service. However, some visitors express concerns about the overall maintenance of the course, slow pace of play, and lack of on-course amenities like beverage service and a ranger to manage play.

So I will get into it and be quick. The course is always a go to but it’s missing some things and there are some things that bother me and I’m sure will bother others. No cart girl ever. This is a major disappointment and a missing opportunity for the course. I’ve never seen a cart girl here. Lastly, every single time I play here I always get stuck behind groups with no courtesy to let people play through. Which I can take to some degree but if the starter does his job and makes people aware to let groups play through if players are playing slow that would be great. The part that bothers me i…

Gorgeous country club with a comfortable setting!! We came up for the all you can eat crab legs; the best we’ve ever had! They are shipped from Canada we were told. Their salad bar looked amazing and was all you can eat with four different homemade soups being offered. Nico was our server, he was such a pleasure. He was very attentive and enthusiastic. Thank you for a great meal and we will be back!

My son and I recently played a round at Silverthorn, and we were thoroughly impressed by the phenomenal greens. The course offers a great mix of hazards and hills, all surrounded by picturesque ponds and beautiful homes lining the fairways. While we did experience a slow pace of play, which led us to skip the last two holes, we still plan to return and enjoy the course again. The carts and pathways were in excellent condition, fully operational, and contributed to a smooth and enjoyable day of golf. If you haven’t had the chance to play this course yet, I highly recommend making a reservation…

Course is in very poor condition. Many fairways with no grass, bunkers need sand, many trees so overgrown the limbs touch the ground. Was a beautiful golf course at one time, but no more. I am a member and have sadly watched this course steadily deteriorate over time.

The easiest qualification a golf course has is to uphold the tee time that was booked. Waiting an hour past the booked tee time is unacceptable on any level. The starter used the sun not coming up sooner as an excuse. We played another 3 hours before we hit the turn. Let someone else run this place, they have lost the ability to profit while keeping golfer coming back to play.

We came to Legends inside Silverthorne. Our bartender Cindy was great, very attentive and quick on the drinks . Made me a fantastic Titos drink. The food was delish. The elevator music could have been changed though. Lol

First time golfer and came here. Enjoyed the experience. The courses were nice and well marked. The carts were solid. The hot dogs were good. Real shame there’s no beverage service on the course though.

Very intriguing layout. Tee boxes, bunkers and greens were in very good shape. The fairways and cart paths need a lot of work. The pace of play was extremely slow. Beautiful clubhouse.

Love Silverthorn. Excellent layout and great course conditions. Third time playing and will again when the opportunity affords it. It's a two and a half hour drive, or else I would ay it religiously. Highly recommend playing here,at least once.

Nice place, for the club house staff is awesome! Golf course, it has tons of potential but need a little support. Some areas are bad , but you can see that the couse could be beautiful. League play is great!!

I’ve played golf for 30plus years. This course has got to be the most neglected golf course I’ve ever played on. They haven’t mowed the grass in forever. Weeds everywhere. Tee boxes have about 3 inches of grass on them. There are weeds growing on the tee boxes that are about a foot high. Sad. I will not ply here again. Used to be such a nice course.
