Spring Hills Golf Course

Played Spring Hills recently and honestly it's one of those hidden gems you just want to keep to yourself. The whole vibe is super relaxed and unhurried — exactly what golf is supposed to feel like. You can tell the owners genuinely care about the place and the people who come through. Little touches everywhere that show real thoughtfulness, and the staff made us feel like regulars from the moment we showed up. Inexpensive rates compared to other local courses, in good shape for late November, and you can't beat the views on the back nine! In this hackers opinion well worth it!

Visiting family from out of town and got to playing this course. Very interesting layout, no two holes look or play the same. Really nice variety. Course is not long, but long enough and with enough raised greens etc to make it challenging. Greens were in excellent shape with subtle breaks. Locals know how to approach these greens and where to miss. If they offer advice, listen. Rented clubs also. These are circa 1995 and not recommended. Putters were worse. We took it as a challenge to play with them and laughed at the variable distances they hit. People were super friendly. Its a walkable…

I've only played here one time (Sept 1), but I loved it. The drive from San Jose was about an hour, but worth it for a green course. The clubhouse is an old Victorian house. The parking lot has plenty of parking. There's a driving range to warm up. The course is green and not terribly difficult for the straight hitter, but great for the average player. Tee times are 10 minutes apart, which gives people plenty of time in between. The course has hills, so prepare for that if walking. Overall...I'd go back.

Played 9/13. Course in good condition. staff is very friendly, fees are competitive and elevation changes offer good challenges.

A small, family-owned(!!) golf course, in the middle of nowhere. What they lack in chic, they more than make up for in down-home, welcoming vibe. The course has enough elevation change and topography to be challenging and interesting. There are a few holes where prior experience playing the course would be very valuable.

Great course for the price and my low skill level. Excellent views, good old clubhouse, many wild animals, and a good variety of nature between the front and back 9

We’ve come here for several US kids tournaments and the staff here are so wonderful and warm. They provide the kids with a free hot dog, burrito or pizza after their tournament as well as hot chocolate for the kids beforehand. They go above and beyond to create a fun atmosphere. My son was 7 when he played his first ever golf tournament here and now he is 14 and still playing here. This place holds many good memories for our junior golfers and us.
