One of the best 9 hole golf courses in Eastern Iowa. Very well maintained and paved cart paths the whole course. Clubhouse is very beautiful and clean. Prices are very reasonable as well. Worth the drive!

This is a beautiful 9 hole course in eastern Iowa a short drive from Iowa City. We always stay nearby when we go to an Iowa Hawkeyes game in the fall and always play a few golf courses in the way. I had seen that Stone Creek had previously been rated as a top 25 9-hole course in the country and it deserves it. It was late October and the course was still in excellent shape. Very nice fairways and greens. Not ultra-challenging, but plenty good enough so any skill level can enjoy it. Prices were very fair and the clubhouse is beautiful as well. Not much staff that time of year due to late in the…

Great layout, maintenance is horrible. Interested in understanding how superintendent still has a job. Rough was over a foot long going to seed in many places, dandelions in green surrounds. Sad, could be a spectacular 9 hole facility.

Hidden gem! Beautiful 9 hole course that you can change tee boxes on to make 18. It’s one of our favorite courses in the area now. Greens are well maintained!

Magnificent course. I cannot believe this place is not packed with people it is PLUSH and LUSH. It would be nice to hear that Stone Creek is in the running for course of the year as it should be. In my recent travels, I golfed Blue Top Ridge after here and honestly for the $$$ your value is right here.

Could be the best 9 hole golf course in the state of Iowa. Excellent from tee to green and love that it is all bent grass. Great clubhouse and highly recommend this for a great round of golf.

Tee time was at 8:30 we just got in the Tee box and a group of 6 older men tell us they have a tee time at 8:15 and told us we needed to wait. They were rude about it. And I don’t see why it’s my problem they missed their Tee time.

This course is absolutely perfect. What else can I say. Clean, newer clubhouse, overlooking the 9th green and the rest of the course. Bent grass the whole way. Every hole is different, original, and spaced far enough apart, you feel alone on the course. This course is a challenge. Don't let the 9 hole myth fool you. Designed by the same crew behind TPC Deere Run, this place is phenomenal. Definitely worth the drive to Williamsburg, and hey, you can even pick up some goods at the big mall down the road after your round. 8.5/10

Excellent condition not just for a 9-hole but any bigger city 18 hole course would be envious. Besides the amazing condition the course lay out is very visually appealing as well as very challenging. Even big hitters will have a challenge from the back tees. Another great option is the use of multiple tees, this allows you to play a second 9 and use different yardages on a few holes to spice it up. No doubt about it, best 9 holes in the state
