Great course for beginners and kids but there’s always slow play and tee boxes aren’t great. I would still recommend though.

Great little 3 par course. Greens are fairly well maintained for the price and staff are friendly. Short tees, 180 is the longest but it's fine for a quick round or working on your short game. It's a fairly tight course, be aware of your shot and surroundings.

The only thing that is in fair condition is the green everything else is in terrible condition ,need somebody who knows how to groom and develop a coarse cart paths are dangerous especially if you are walking . Find a different course. Don't waste your money here. Oh and they need to pick up the trash and beer cans up.

I hadn't played here in a while (not for any reason other than it's not as close to home as it used to be) and I forgot how much I genuinely enjoy it. There aren't a lot of places in the Boston area where you can go and just practice on a course, take your time, not worry too much about your pace. I played multiple balls, one or two from each tee per hole, just working on my short game. The woman in front of me was new to golf, so she was practicing and the group a few holes behind me seemed to be the doing same as me. The vibe was super laid back and friendly. Perfect for adults new to the…

Was looking for a par 3 to take my son golfing for the first time. Found this course though the youth on course program. The perfect place to play for someone that is just learning the game or want to work on your short game. Although several holes were in the 180 yard range which was nice to let a few balls rip . Will be back again for sure. Front desk did a great job of partnering us with another father / son that he was also going out for the first time

Had a blast with my brother, greens are GREAT, the tee boxes leave something to be desired but it was awesome practice for my short game- and the staff were very friendly.

I'm sad to give this review. I used to love this place. The course is not in excellent condition, but I don’t believe you can expect much better quality for 16 bucks. However, during my most recent visit I had an upsetting encounter with one of the staff members, and I’ll think twice before coming again. I know the staff here works hard, but sometimes one bad apple can spoil the bunch.

place is awful tee boxes are nothing but dirt and terrain is up and down hills therefore it is not safe to drive a cart or even wheel a push cart push cart fell into a bunker because of how steep it was. DO NOT recommend you play here.

I really enjoy this golf course! The staff are very friendly and it's great fun. It's excellent for improving your short game and building confidence as a golfer. The tee boxes could be in better condition, but for $15 off-peak it's no big deal. I also find the holes are interesting for such a small course.

By far the worst money I have ever spent on golf. I’ve never reviewed a course until now simply to help others avoid the mistake of choosing to do business with Stoneham Oak. We were unaware it was a par 3, which is our fault, but we were required to make a payment ahead of time and when we tried to book over the phone there was nobody to answer. We called 3 times, no response. The tee boxes are dirt, the fairway is dirt, and there is just nothing maintained well. 1 star for the greens which were recently punched but in considerably good shape. Avoid at all costs. The golf wasn’t enjoyable, b…

Came for a 730 tee time on a weekday; it wasn’t busy so we were able to play at a leisurely pace. The electric carts were a surprising and nice touch. Pro shop is limited so bring everything you will need.
